The hype is real with this one. I come here sometimes to try the burritos and bowls, and while they are good, I usually try to go to an authentic Mexican restaurant first. Service is good and prices are alright. I do very much appreciate the fact that they emphasize "food with integrity", Chipotles way of telling us that their food is locally sourced, non-GMO, and free of hormones/antibiotics. Not many restaurant chains can say that, or even come close. I wish they had more options to pick from, and wished they had a salsa bar. Overall not a bad place to try out, but Id pick any of the great options Reno has to offer in Mexican places over here any day.

Just reduced my review to 2 stars. This location has gone downhill. Always out of something, Coke, Carnitas, hard shells, lids....something. Today out of Steak, Chicken, Hard Shells and chips. Yes they had a ventilation system issue, but its always something at this location. It seems to be poorly managed....nice enough employees, but there is a breakdown in their processes somewhere. Out of their local control the chips and hard shell change they did about 6 months ago is for the worst taste-wise imo. I used to love their chips and hardshells, now not so much.

I travel frequently, and have been to many Chipotle restaurants around the country. This place was terrible. There was no one in line, but I felt as if the employees were attempting to rush me through the line as quickly as possible. Additionally, the portions given were probably half of what you get at a decent Chipotle, even after requesting larger servings. I do NOT recommend it if you are expecting the same portion sizes and friendly service you get from most Chipotle restaurants.

Ordered online for pick up. Got there late and order still wasnt started. All but one guy was pretty rude and they kept trying to short me on things I ordered. On top of this they simply told me they were out of large cups without an attempt to compensate and seemed to not want to give me any drinks at all because they were also out of medium lids. The food I got was very small portion for what I paid and the whole family was pretty disappointed.

Chipotle Mexican Grill has an amazing menu. If youve never been you should try to immediately...I mean it. Today, try it. From the burritos to the tacos its all delicious. Word of advice...if youre not eating in store and you want tacos, get hard shells. They travel better and the soft shells get hard around the edges. This particular location is set up weird (almost disorganized) compared to other locations Ive visited but still great food.

Best chipotle I have ever been to. Was served by a super professional guy named Jackson, he was probably one of the friendliest cashiers ever and suggested the chips and guacamole which I am not usually a fan of but he was right. It was the best guacamole ever! If I lived here I would come all the time. Thanks Jackson for the amazing service!

The portions today were hideous. I got 2 steak burritos and literally 9/10 of it was the corn salsa they have. They were out of brown rice and low on beans. The workers were hardly working just messing around. And to the dude grilling. Get a beard cover or something. No one wants to taste pubes in their meal.

Horrible service. Loud music and loud kitchen work in the back made it hard to hear what anyone was saying. I was trying to order and they had to redo my order because she couldnt hear me. For what you pay for a meal, that place better be damn clean yet there were food and trash on every table. Disgusting.

The room projects noise too much. Please, if you have screaming children, take them outside. I value my ears. Service here is excellent as long as you are polite. Dont be rude! These people are relaxed but professional.
