This place is my best Friends and my new favorite place to go! The other day we decided to drop in and grab some lunch while we were shopping. She ordered hers. I ordered mine. We got our buzzers and sat down. It wasnt long before she buzzed and got her food, but mine never went off... After 20-30 minutes passed I decided to see what happened. The staff realized that they gave me the wrong buzzer and had the food sitting there the entire time. I was okay with just taking it and sitting down (Im admittedly low maintenance and pretty forgiving of almost anything); but they insisted they be allowed to make me a new panini AND give BOTH my friend and I a free pastry as an apology! It was the sweetest thing! We felt so valued.

I ordered turkey chili with a sandwich. First bite of chili I chomped down on bone nearly cracked my tooth. Called immediately and spoke to Regal. He needs the bone and will give me another meal. Inconvenient for me to lock my retail work up-drive to restaurant and park and go inside. Ugg...

Disappointed. I had a cinnamon roll that seemed stale and was not tasty.i also had the clam chowder bread bowl which was ok. There were flies all over and fruit flies as well to the point I kept swatting them away from my food. A lady next to me commented about it as well.

Great spot to come for lunch. Plenty of seating inside and out. Has a very modern feel to it. My sandwich and soup was delicious and was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely be coming back.

4 stars for the food 1 star for the drive thur service. Big suggestion add a screen menu so that we know if youre making a mistake with our order. Food is bomb but drive thur service is horrible.

I love Panera, great food and so many choices plus they always have favorites for you. The coffee and Tea selection is good too. Very friendly staff and the pastries are super yummy!

Meat was so rare in my Asuago Steak sandwich there was blood on my bread and cheese. They said all meat medium-rare or rare not my kind of sandwich
