Everytime we eat here the service is always great. Today they exceeded our expectations. We went in for their daily drink happy hour and ordered the usuals. When we received our order the taste of one if the drinks wasnt right. When we complained, the manager came out with a new orange slush drink free of charge. He sincerey apoologized and allowed us to keep the old drink no questions asked. Food is always hot, delicious and quick. The service is polite and efficiant. 5 stars

We went two different days two months apart at night (around 10pm) and the blast machine was broken both times. We loved their blasts, some of the best ice cream ever, but this is unacceptable for a fast food place that has a large focus on their ice cream. Apparently they couldnt even make waffle cones without their blast machine. I will fix my review once they fix their machine, which I hope they do soon because that ice cream is amazing.

Worse hotdogs ever! 711 has better ones.The condimnts are horrible on top. And then one hotdog only had onions as a condiment. Onion rings had no taste either!Home made ones are alot better.bad service, no old fashion trays like before either.how can u eat at a drive in place , without a tray. Food will get everywhere.the only cool thing was the thought of eating in your car.

They were so slow I waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru, got an attitude by the person taking my order than the girl at the window didnt offer ketchup or ranch with my chicken and she rushed me out of there with COLD food if I wait in line for 30 minutes i expect hot food. They really need for staff and need to retrain the current staff on manners.

After waiting over 30 minutes for my order, they inform me that they are out of Corn Dogs, but that they would replace it with something of equal value. I obliged. I waited another 20 minutes and still was not given my order. Asked for a refund. Staff was very unprofessional and I will definitely not be going to this Sonic location ever again.

I dont know why I keep coming to this location. My home is dead center between this one and the one on Flamingo & Arville. Every time I come to the Sahara location, I leave pissed. My order is always wrong or they forget something and then they want to argue with me about it. Grrrr. Give me my cherry limeade and lemme go!

You can barely read their drive thru sign. not enough lighting. Reviewed. The drive thru is not well lit. The speaker is very low and it makes it very difficult to place an order. The food is pretty good. Until they get that drive thru issues fixed avoid and go to another Sonics or use the drive- ins.

Depends on whos working. This location maintains staff longer than any other location that I have been to. I have been coming here often for many years and they very rarely make mistakes. I cant say that about any other fast food I have ever been to

Ice cream machine seems to never work during 1/2 off shakes, but works at every other time we come......sounds like people just being lazy to me. Not to mention I waited 30mins in line. Unacceptable for fast food!! Wont be back to this location.

No joke, this place is a joke. Ive only been here 4 times. Too bad it was 2 twice in the same days. They butchered my order twice. Asked for condiments and it was an issue. You dont get paid by how many ranches u can keep from customers, people!

If youre hungry for a burger. Make your own. Even if you had to raise and butcher your own meat and grow your own garden it would be faster than this place. It was two shakes and one tot. And after a fifteen minute wait. No tot.......

I did not have a good experience at that particular Sonic I couldnt believe they didnt have mustard for the corn dogs LOL and couldnt get my Frozen Custard right better luck next time at a different Sonic
