"Do you still need your ultimate cheeseburger," asked the (possibly) pregnant server? No, I just like standing here for 20 minutes. How dense. Still, it gave me the opportunity to observe fast food restaurant cleanliness. The cashier (who had the sniffles) alternates between tending the money and preparing food, including directly handling (without gloves) the patties and tortillas, throwing them on the grill, and placing them in their wrapping/container. This would be fine if he would wash his hands after handling credit cards/money. Wash your hands damn it!! Never coming here (or to any fast food place) again. If youre wondering no I did not eat the food. I was tempted to give it to a homeless man but I wouldnt want him to get sick.

The food is OK, the location is reasonably clean, the service is terrible, especially in the drive thru. Im asked to park and wait for my order when most time there was no line behind me and the order was fairly simple. They regularly forget to include items in bags or in the order. Just today in was told there is no more Big Cheeseburgers, but I could have a Jumbo Jack, which is basically a BC with veggies. All of these problems seem to happen in the morning shift, at least its when Im there.

The worst Jack in the Box Ive ever been to. To start, apparently no Jack had hot tea, so. I asked for a cup for water. The woman who served me didnt speak English or Spanish apoarently. Kept asking if I wanted ice. I said water and then agua. She finally brought me a cup of water. I had asked for a side of salsa. When my breakfast came, there was no salsa, so I asked again. The same woman had to ask several times,what I wanted and then brought me taco sauce. Ill not be going back there.

Over the years I have visited many a Jack In The Box. This one has the most polite and friendly workers I have ever found at Jacks. This location was also chosen to be one of the upgrade (beta) locations for new product roll out. That I am certain is not coincidental. Well managed and clean inside and out. The food is the food that Jack serves. The service is why this location earns a 5 Star rating. Thanks to staff.. Enjoyed your friendly vibe.

Bias on the table: I love Jack in the Box. What separates this one from most others is that its clustered midst a heavy bar area and is open 24hrs. The staff was prompt, polite, and my food was exactly as I ordered it. You cant ask for much more at 3am.

Place definitely could have been cleaner. The tables had grease stains all over them. There were no napkin dispensers in sight. The service was fast and not too bad but the cleanliness of the place forces me to give it 3 stars.
