I Love In-N-Out burger and have visited many different locations in CA, NV, AZ, and UT. The reason I gave this location 3 starts is because they messed up my drive through order (didnt put tomatoes on my burger) and didnt put salt on my fries(or include salt in my to go box). Aside from this experience - I love their fresh ingredients and produce. This is the only fast food restaurant that I eat the tomatoes and actually ask for extra lettuce because it is so fresh and crispy! I didnt like the fries when I first tried In-N-Out years ago but I have come to love them over the last few years!

The first time I ever had In-N-Out Burger was here on a road trip just about a week ago. Im back home now, a couple hundred miles away and Im sitting at home reflecting on the fact that THIS WAS THE BEST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Food was ready fast, and despite the fact that the salt and pepper I asked for werent with the food, the customer service was great and the food tasted amazing. I dont eat beef very often and rarely order burgers as I find them unappetizing so I was very suspicious of eating at any In-N-Out Burger. I was wrong. The food was AMAZING.

While on my journey to Phoenix from Salt Lake City, I had stopped at this location for something to eat. When I parked in the parking lot before entering the establishment I seen a person in a "In-N-Out" uniform walking around the area to pick up trash but the person looked at me and appeared to be unfriendly and the place seemed to have had an unwelcoming atmosphere as well. Not only did I wait in line for 10 mins but had to wait even longer for the food I ordered. I am going to avoid this place if I find myself in Kingman in the future.

We stopped by this In-N-Out during our way to Grand Canyon South headed form Las Vegas. This was our second visit at In-N-Out during our USA trip and just like on the first one, there was nothing to complain about except the masses of (Asian) tourists that came in right after we got our food. One actually spilled a cup of coke right next to us, haha. But as already mentioned, the restaurant itself is great - fresh and delicious burgers for reasonable prices.

Iba con unas expectativas muy altas. No son tan rápidos como me habían dicho pero esta guay. La hamburguesa buena pero no tan buena como me habían dicho. En general bien. Muy muy barato, eso si. Recomiendo ir para probar!

Тут есть вкусные молочные коктейли. Советую ещё "animal style burger" и "animal style fries", их нет в основном меню но на кассе поймут. Раза в два вкусней чем в московском макдональдсе.

Durante uma viagem para o Grand Canyon conheci o In-N-Out e sem dúvida esse é o melhor Fast Food de todo os Estados Unidos. Ingredientes frescos e com muita qualidade, além do preço ser excelente.

I tend to give mostly 5 star reviews and I love In-N-Out Burger, but this location was just okay. It wasnt terrible. The service was good as it always is, but this is located on the side of the freeway, it was crowded and the staff was just a little harried when we dropped in. It wasnt as clean as most other In-N-Out locations weve been too and so overall it merits 3 stars...

If I could give them zero stars I would. Just wanted a quick burger and fries as we drove through Kingman. It took over 25 minutes for them to serve 3 cars in front of us. The slowest fast food drive thru Ive ever been on. And then, they gave us the soggiest, greasiest fries ever. We couldnt eat them. The burger was "eh" too. I will never stop there again.

Last IN & OUT before you leave Arizona so we stop here every time we are on our way home from California. The food is great, staff is very nice. This is a very popular stop for many travelers and tour groups so sometimes the line is long but the staff is fast and friendly. The restrooms do get packed up especially when there is a tour bus stopped.

Best burgers ever! Highly recommend animal style your burgers and fries. Lacking Wi-Fi. Great shakes. Recommend the pink lemonade, very good and fresh. Very very friendly staff, always smiling and super nice. Almost always very busy, for good reason. Very good at keeping up with their ridiculous over crowded lobby and drive thru. Highly recommend!

In N Out is my favorite burger chain by far. The one in Kingman though struggled greatly. Messed up my burger to the point where it was raw, and then offered to re cook it for me. So I waited 7 minutes and figured that this one would be very well done. I get my next one and it is still raw, I threw them both away and left. What a shame.:(((((

One of my favorite fast-food chains, and this location holds up with all expectations. Great food, good prices, and extra friendly staff (which makes a HUGE difference). Love the burgers, animal-style, and the french fries are a good alternative to McDonalds, if youre looking for something with less oily and salty taste.

Gotta love Kingman!! Some people in Flagstaff travel to Prescott or North Phoenix to get their Double Doubles, but I say Kignman is the go-to place for that. The In-N-Out here is prime, like they all are. Really no complaints there. This is always our first stop to any trip to the greatest city in Arizona.

This in n out has a spacious parking lot and interior with outdoor seating. It is busy like most in n outs. Bathroom looks and smells clean so maybe I caught it after a cleaning. The place is pretty clean when I was there in the morning. My burger tasted fresh and I felt it was a good value.

I love the food, but customer service means everything to me. Normally the cashiers here are happy and ready to serve you. This lady Leanne was my cashier and was the rudest/oldest most unfriendly/unhappy person Ive ever come in contact with at in-n-out. Because of that, I wont be back.

The food was great we ended up getting the 4x4 one the "secret menu" Took about 5 minutes to get the food which is not bad at all. The employees were very professional about there job the lobby was kept clean and trash was not over flowing. This is a great place to eat and relax

Super clean, staff is very friendly and patient with my kids. Plenty of room for parking. It can be very busy depending on what time you get here. We tend to come through town at about the time of a late lunch so generally not to crowded when we go through
