Short review: amazing food but MAKE SURE THE GYOZA IS NOT RAW. Long review: I had a hankering for katsu curry and out of 3 places Ive tried in Vegas, this place makes undoubtedly the best katsu curry. The katsu is cut in perfect sizes. The curry is unrivaled in its flavor. My tongue and mind felt a unique sensation from how awesome it was. My ma had a bowl of ramen that was so good I found peace from one bite of it. XD. Those two dishes felt like heavenly gifts of gods. The one thing that prevents me from giving Ramen Tatsu a 5 star rating is that the pork gyoza was almost raw when my ma and I received it. I ate a whole one before my ma pointed that out. Thank Odin my immune system was good then because I wouldve had problems! My ma asked the server, a really sweet woman, to feel the gyoza and she was shocked at its low temp. She took the old gyoza and soon returned with thoroughly cooked gyoza, free of charge. The server could not have been more kind.

The last time, quite tasty noodle shop in the strip can not find, this time because the troubled hungry for Japanese food rented a car and boldly. If not a car? Although some in quite go hard place, it was worth there ❗ fried rice is about me or even this (laughs) fry have been delicious fried rice Flip go. Dumplings also feeling that garlic delicious-bottom line of ramen, noodles, but in curly noodles I ordered the miso ramen, the amount many, was delicious. Although away about five kilometers, by far cheaper than eating in the strip, is recommended for people who get tired of eating in western cuisine

Solid ramen, quick service. Average price is about $8 for a bowl of ramen. Great specials on side dishes. Check the board! My Tonkotsu Ramen was spot on - comforting, traditional, hot ($8) - toppings bring the price up, but you get to decide what you want: egg $1, chasiu pork $3, sprouts corn or kimchi $1. Side dishes are good here as well and cheap. Takoyaki, Gyoza and Karaaage - all $5. Super polite & friendly. Our family of 6 took over the middle of Ramen Tatsu about 40 minutes before closing. They were very gracious taking us and didnt rush us. Thank you!

Ramen Tatsu is my favorite Ramen restaurant ever! The people are very friendly, the food is great! I notice certain people doing bad reviews of this place need something to do with their lives or probably smoke and cant taste much. Theres a reason this place has so many five star reviews. It has always been delicious :) stop in but be sure to get another dish to go! Youre gonna want it later! Spicy Miso all day!! -2soup Midgley

With a large saturation of good ramen shops around Vegas, its really hard to stand out. Thus in case, Ramen Tatsu is a good place for ramen but not the best. Of course, my opinion will surely change after a couple of visits. And theres nothing wrong with the ramen at all. But if youre looking for the best tonkotsu ramen in Vegas, youre better off looking elsewhere. At least I can say its worth a try if youre in the area.

If youre looking for the best Tonkotsu ramen, then look no further. Ive tried the top 5 ramen places suggested by yelp. Even Monta ramen that has over a 1000 reviews wasnt as good as this one, it was noticeably salty. Ive been to Tokyo and had ramen from heaven so you can trust me when I say this one the best :) *edit: Jinya is also good but a little more expensive.

Im really not sure why there are so many 5 stars for this place. The ramen was bland and tasteless and the karaage was undercooked. Our waitress visited us once the entire visit. Id say of youre STARVING then sure, drop by, but if you can hold out an extra few miles there is better food right around the corner.

This is hands down the best ramen spot in town. The food is super delicious and the service is always on point. The atmosphere and decor is comfy, cozy, perfection! I would easily come here every single day if it was closer to my home.

The place is small but cozy. I tried Tonkotsu noodle and I am not disappointed. The noodle is very thin. The broth is thick and flavorful. The price is reasonable. There are lot of place to park. The service is excellent.

Best Ramen in town! Cant beat the prices either. Nice quaint little spot with great service and friendly staff. Simple menu and great food. Shoyu Ramen is the favorite but all their dishes are great. Definitely recommend!

Most favorite in Las Vegas. The one ramen place I can eat at everyday if I could. Haha. They have a few different types of soup and my favorite is the chicken base with thin noodles. Must try!

Not a good experience. I came here with my friend and she sat under the air conditioner. All the sudden, water from the air conditioner started to drop on her back

Great little mom and pop Japanese restaurant. Try the cold ramen with yuzu when available. Very refreshing!
