Was very excited to try this place, but I am sad to say that this was one of the worst culinary experiences of my life. Took forever, rude staff, and got the order wrong. Best part was that the reason it took so long, is that the the only person on the kitchen (the owner/chef) decided to walk out of the kitchen to speak with his friends for 30 min, without ever starting our food. Was very satisfying seeing that his friends (only other people in the restaurant who arrived 15 min after we placed our order) recieved their food, before we even got our appetizers. Extremely disappointed. Never a good feeling when customers needs and expectations are completely ignored.

The food was startlingly good. I got a Chashu ramen bowl. Its was expensive (66 dollars for three meals) but so worth it. The pork belly was cooked perfectly and the vegatables were crisp and fresh. The ramen noodles were cooked to perfection and I havent even started on the service. We got there aboit 15 minutes before closing and they still accepted us. We were the last people in there. The waitress was very friendly and although they took awhile with our food, it was really good. Ive never had pork cooked so well and they gave us so much food, we took most of it home. We made sure to compliment the owner/chef before we left.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a ramen bar nestled between your typical fast food big names when I pulled off for a rest break driving from Denver to Aspen. Weather was nice, so I asked if they would mind if I could dine out front so that I could keep my dog close and they were happy to accommodate. The shoyu chashu ramen was tasty but the broth could have used with a bit more flavour and the chashu was leaner than I expected. Other than the soft egg, the noodle bowls themselves are a bit spartan and could used with some vegetables. Price is a little higher than what I would expect, but then again, it is Vail.

The soup was missing something, tasted bland. The concept of multiple soups styles is okay, but confusing as tonkatsu ramen is traditionally pork soup with pork belly, I ordered tonkatsu and the waiter was blankly staring and didnt point I needed to choose ingredients. After ordering Tonkatsu with charsu pork belly, it came out and the fat on the pork was not rendered correctly. This is the most important part of serving pork belly. I could not stomach fatty "boiled" pork. I expected more from a place with raving reviews.

This is my go to spot for takeout after a long workday in Vail. The Ramen is spot on. As a local, I can say there is limited affordable variety in the valley. Im really glad this place is here. Im also really stunned by the small minority who rated this place below 4 stars. I can assure whoever reading this post that those folks will never be pleased with anything anywhere. If you enjoy Ramen, you will not be disappointed.

This place is really fun, and different for Vail. The vibe in the restaurant is quite and intimate, but still laid back and fun. Not too formal which is nice. The food is great, the staff is soo knowledgeable about the food. The ramen is delicious. The egg is always perfectly soft and you can tell the veggies are fresh. They make their own broth and it shows.

Had an excellent experience at Nudoru Ramen tonight, have been to several Ramen places including NYC. We had the veggie and the beef Ramen- both excellent in taste and execution!! The owner served us and he strikes me a bit as a shy person, very pleasant. Great modern interior, I liked the atmosphere - definitely would go back!!

We tried the tonkotsu chashu and shoyu chashu ramen. Both were very bland and the meat lacked flavor as well. The noodles were good texture-wise but again lacked flavor. I wish there was more broth as well (even if it was bland). :( Someone behind us ordered some Gyoza. They actually smelled amazing. Perhaps go for that option?

This place is always delicious. The ramen noodles are the best Ive ever had and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are doing it right here with their single sourced Colorado beef and other high quality ingredients. Its small so get there early or grab some takeout. The perfect meal after a day on the slopes.

I liked it! It wasnt quite as good as NYC ramen (I may be biased because I live near NYC) but the food was enjoyable. There was a great deal of vegan and vegetarian options. The place itself is super cute too. I would recommend Nudoru to travelers as a nice place to get noodles for lunch. (:

Couldnt be better. Chashu was amazing, generous portions. Gyoza was very good and the sauce was excellent. To top it all off the mochi was excellent served on a sort of mint powdered sugar with candied ginger and dulce de leche. Would definitely reccomend to friends.

Doesnt disappoint. Big fans of their sister restaurant, Expert Burger and this will now be a go-to. Great quality food, fast and huge portions. Pork buns are great! Another great local restaurant!

Not as flavorful as other ramen restaurants Im used to going to (Jinya). Service was a 2/5 for staff friendliness, food was about a 2.5/5. Small selection and very pricey, not a great value.

This very small restaurant serves up some really tasty (and filling) noodle bowls. After a long day of skiing, these hot, hearty bowls are the perfect meal to warm the body and soul.

A local foodie friend took me here and I was blown away. Show up with an appetite because the bowls are big and so delicious youll surely find your way to the bottom.

Oishii. Really fantastic ramen. Not cheap; beef shoyu ramen bowl was $19. Vail prices I guess. I would eat here again though, the broth was that incredible.

Owner/waiter insane. I think he is drunk or insane. We left before we ordered due to his bizarre behavior. Avoid this place like the plague.
