[Update June 2017] They changed the chicken fingers. Ive changed my tune. I like their fingers now better than Canes and even Chicken Shack. Fingers are still fresh. Theyre a lot bigger now and they taste great! The Honey Butter Chicken sandwich is great, better than a Chic-Fil-A sandwich. And I like Chic-Fil-A. The burgers are good. Zucchini and regular fries are a hit with my whole family. Customer service is still excellent. Below is my original review from about a year ago. _____________________________________________________________ [Originally Rated 3-Star] Im not a big fan of these chicken fingers compared to The Chicken Shack or even Raising Canes. The chicken fingers were a little small. And I wasnt a fan of the taste of the fingers by themselves. I did like the sweet sriracha sauce. I will say the chicken fingers seem to be made fresh. The fries also seemed very fresh and they were actually pretty good. Nothing was really bad, it just wasnt as good as what Im used to from Chicken Shack. The people that worked there had great customer service. I recommend people still try it, its just not for me.

Slaw was alright. Personally thought it couldve had more dressing (Thats just me though). Got the buffalo bleu sandwich... Barely tasted bleu. Call me crazy if you want but not the experience i expected. Service was crazy fast, which is awesome, but it seemed like the employees just wanted to get me out of there as fast as possible (especially the "head cook" or the one in the chefs coat). The girl at the front was friendly and helpful however since it was my first time in. Honestly.. Good food. Just not the best service or taste i expected for the price.

I came her for the first time to get a free meal as part of teacher appreciation week. I got the three tender strips with fries and drink combo. The chicken tenders were actually tender, very juicy, with excellent texture. I am not sure how I made it this far without ever having had tried this place. The prices were reasonable. I think my my meal was valued around $7.75. The employees were friendly. If youre in the area try it. They have a drive through as well.

This is my second experience here. The first time was with a group and the second time I brought my husband who had never been here before. Both times the service and quality of food was excellent! I had the zucchini fries and although they were a bit greasy, they were the best Ive ever had. The apples and dip are to die for! Fresh, friendly, fabulous! We will definitely be back!

Excellent food and service. They specialize in chicken, but have a few other menu items as well which helps give them a leg up over Raising Canes (which is still good, but not as good as PDQ). Salads, Sandwiches, and of course Chicken Fingers (breaded or grilled). Plus you get a variety of sauces to try without an extra charge. Highly recommend the zucchini fries.

The chicken tenders were average. My girlfriends sandwich was actually pretty good. But the fries... The fries were the worst fries I have ever had in my life by far. I couldnt eat them. They were soggy, uncooked, and cold. It definitely wasnt fresh. We went at an hour before closing. Maybe its better durring the day?

Food was good, first time visit. One staff member could have used some coaching. If you work there and a new customer asks if the crust on the fried chicken is tempura style or not, you should be able to answer that. I asked if it was like KFC, chick-fil-a or something in between. The answer I got was "its good".

Ok I had the 4 pieces chicken tenders combo with fries and dont get,me wrong when I was eating it it was good. This was the only thing I ate all day and I got so sick from it. Like food poisoning sick. Maybe the oil was bad or something. With chicken you have to be careful

If you like a toasted Brioche bun you will love their sanwiches. Delicious chicken tenders, grilled or crispy, with a plethora or sauces to choose from. The girls loved their kids meals, the nuggets are incredible. I will have to try one of their chicken salads next time.

The addition of beef to the menu is A+ The chicken is good though I personally feel it lacks some seasoning, but the beef burgers are great. Large selection of beverages, including fresh brewed tea, is a plus. Friendly staff, clean and pleasant-looking environment.

Food made fresh. They make their own special sauces and their zucchini fries are amazing. Ask them to put them in a box so you can leave the top open to let the steam out so the stay really crispy. If you like them soggy dont say a word...xo

Everything tasted great, it was our first time eating there. The only problem is my 9 year old daughter and I both got sick about an hour after we ate it. :( scared to go back now. I dont think the taste is worth getting sick over.

Looks great on the outside and the inside but the food was utterly flavorless. so if thats what you want and or thats all your kids can handle then yeah, go for it b/c its lacking. The service was good but again the food was bleh.

The atmosphere at PDQ is awesome. Simple yet modern, with bright colors and a lot of wood. The food is served insanely quickly, and is always delicious. They also offer a good variety of sauces that come with your food for free.

Usualy very busy spot, but the military monday is always worth the wait (half off for military on first monday of the month) All the sauces in this place are good, and they do not charge extra for it. Best chicken place around.

Love love their chicken. The sandwiches are awesome and of course the chicken fingers too! The ranch dipping sauce is my favorite as its got a little zing to it while tasting like a homemade dip. Im definitely a regular.

Wow, great employees. Very welcoming atmosphere, the chicken is definitely the main attraction. Its a bit like 7 day per week, upscaled version of everybodys favorite chicken fast food joint that isnt open on Sundays.

Food is great, had a double burger add bacon, YUM!! Wife had salad, just a regular lettuce with crispy chicken, kids nuggets w/fries was good. Small menu not a lot of variety to choose from. Service was quick!

Here from Massachusetts to visit family and stopped here to eat. Food was great and atmosphere was pleasant. Was nice to see food prepared and not hidden. If Im ever back this way, I will definitely come back.

Jeffrey and the rest of the staff were helpful and pleasant. Limonade was fantastic to make Arnold Palmers with. Tenders were much larger and tastier than another chain. Would definitely be returning for more.

Lots of people say this is like chick fil a but better.... I think this has cooler options like zucchini fries but misses the mark on their plain fries. So to each their own, its still good food and service.

Great experience. Amazing tenders nuggets sauces and shakes! Will definitely be coming back. Hector is great and is very knowledgeable on mixing two and two together which makes the meals even better.
