I am here visiting from Kansas City, Missouri and decided i wanted something that favored pizza street back home. I have to say i am very disappointed with the service. The pizza was not very good at all. The only good thing other than the chicken were the cheese breadsticks but being as the workers could not keep up, the breadsticks were only stocked once during my 50 minute sitting. Also, they could not keep up with the dessert pizza. It was in when i walked in and not re-plenished again until 5 minutes before i left. I would suggest a name change for this establishment because they kept the chicken and mashed potatoes stocked but could not keep up with much else AND if you want a pizza other than pepperoni, cheese, bacon and sausage you have to pay extra. . . Not happy at all. With better training, a bit more help, and much more pizza variety it could be so much better!

I was very disappointed in this restaurant, Im from Kansas visiting this wonderful city and I wanted some pizza. Being from out of town I didnt know what time the restaurant closes, so my Hubby and I paid for out dinner, went to go get some pizza and there wasnt any good pizza out, I asked if they were gonna put more out and they said no because they close at 9 and it was 5 mins after, so therefore, I paid for a meal that I didnt get to eat. I asked if I could just get a pizza to go since I didnt get any, they made me paid for another meal. VERY DISAPPOINTING

We waited in line for ten minutes, then there was no place to sit, yet still more people were coming in. When we finally got seated, there was no pizza, no dessert pizza, and very little potatoes. A worker filled the ice cream machine, but spilled it all down the machine. Then said it was in cleaning mode. She wiped down the counter, but after forty minutes, she never wiped down the machine. Needless to say, no ice cream. When we left the machine still had cream running down the side of it. VERY disappointed in our experience.

The food is edible but the quality is sub par. The dessert pizza was pretty good, however the ice cream has a very odd butter like after taste. The salad bar isnt labled properly and thus was confusing on what dressings were there. I also found no honey for the biscuits nor did I see ketchup for the fries. Likely my own fault, but heads up just in case. I will say it is a good place to take kids.

I love the California Chicken pizza. Ive had it many times. Pizza Ranch thin crust is the only pizza Ive ever ate the outside crust on. On the California Chicken they use an awesome garlic butter. Also had the taco it was good. Service is a bit slow but I order lots take out.

It was the worst pizza i have ever had in my life. I have been to many locations but never this one before. Well i know now i will never go again and the service sucked. DONT GO THERE. 84th in the shopko (Frederick square)

The chicken is delicious, but what is the point of offering deliver. You NEVER have a delivery driver. The last 5 times I called for delivery you have not had a driver. You should just make it dine in and carry out only.

This is first visit for my family and me to Pizza Ranch and certainly will not be the last. Family friendly atmosphere, gentle service and foremost yummy and delicious buffet. My kids loved this place.

Pizza is good. Not a huge fan of fried chicken in general so no real comment one way or the other. Dont expect your special request pizzas to be made by the time you finish eating.

Love their weekend buffet. The chefs prepare something according to your needs right then and there though it is a buffet, all you have to do is tell them.

Seriously, change your Sunday hours on google to show the correct time. Store closes at 8:30pm and not 9:00pm like google says. Waste of gas!
