When we entered the restaurant, the gentleman was friendly and we were seated promptly. (No one was really there ) and we saw all the good reviews. Well, I liked the sushi rolls but thats it. The kids didnt have much to choose from as far as what kids like, and everything I tried was either dry or didnt taste good at all. I even tried the ice cream and it dropped in my bowl like an ice cube would. Our waitress only came around twice for refills but the 2nd time I was already done and ready to leave. I wont be back, and now all of our stomachs have been hurting tonight. Just leaving an honest review, hope it helps either the customers on what to expect or the establishment on what to work on.

I went at lunch time and we were told that we needed to wait till someone finished eating. There were some tables available but the manager would not seat us. I tried to ask him if the back area could be opened but he just got loud and said "its not your turn" I told him that I only wanted to ask a question but his English was not good enough to understand me. Later, I talked with him upon leaving and he told me that "THE CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT anymore".. "this is the 21st century!...you must do as you are told!" then he called me some cuss words in English and Chinese. I will never go back to this restaurant. DONT ASK ANY QUESTIONS... they cannot understand you anyway.

This buffet will not replenish the hot food if you go during 7pm to closing hours. Provided they knew we had a party, they simply stopped making any fresh food. Trays were left with food that was looking digusting...dishes like "baked broccoli," just made the experience suck. Crawfish that just tasted like swamp water means it was frozen. To make things worst, the guy they had working the hibachi grill was untrained and just let my food sit there. Literally just flipped the food once and got on his cell to listen to music while letting my food burn. I had to call him over to add the sauce and serve the food as it was. It should not be that difficult.

My daughter found that the chicken had been fried with the feathers on and proceeded to go to the manager/owner to inform him of the situation. The response she was a disgrace for someone that owns a food establishment. My daughter was told that the chicken comes from San Francisco and she was not the only one who complained about it. He then told her to just "pluck" it out and/or get another one. The correct response in my opinion would have been to apologize and make sure that the food is clean now and in the future!!!Period!!!! We are not accustomed to eating chicken feathers and we wont start today!!! We wont be going back!!!!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Every single time we go AMAZING! Quality of food, quantity of food choices - the BEST in the state of Texas!!! Trust me on this - i have been to a TON of chinese buffets in Texas trying to find a DECENT one - THIS ONE IS THE BEST!!! every other buffet i have been to, i would NEVER touch the sushi or desserts or fruit - THIS buffet I eat EVERYTHING!!! I have tried food that I would have NEVER have touched at other buffets & LOVED it!!! I cannot say enough good things about this buffet! Great service as well- NEVER disappointed!!! We WILL COME BACK!!!

For the sake of this review I have to rate this place one star but in reality I would rate it ZERO stars for the fallen reasons. You would think that they have a lot of variety like other places for the price that your paying for. A kid that is 10 years old is charged $ 12.50 same price as an adult. Horrible management the waitress starts to rush you to leave as soon as possible. As soon as I left this place my family and I all had horrible stomach aches. Im leaving this honest review for everyone to know what place your coming to.

The food was great, but they lied about the prices. I called and they stated over the phone that ages 12 and up was 9.69 4-11 was 5.95 and 3 and under was free. Well when the bill came it was higher. The buffet was 2 dollars higher plus 3 under was not free. I spoke with the manager about making sure his workers give out correct information over phone and he kept cutting me off making it seemed as if I was lying. Regardless how great the food was I will not return.

First visit is great. Subsequent visits not so enjoyable because the food offered never changes. Build your own dish at the hibachi grill for some variety. Edit to add: The credit card used to pay the bill here had $2899.00 charged a couple of days later to a business in California. This restaurant was the only place where my card could have been skimmed. BEWARE! Dont let the server walk away with your card. Pay at the desk and watch your card being handled.

Do not let the crappy exterior fool you this place is bombbb!!!! Its a very clean facility, with a fresh hot Chinese buffet. The fried food is crispy not soggy. The food doesnt taste like its been sitting there for hours. I was kind of hesitant when I heard about the sushi tasting great at a buffet place. Other Chinese buffets have odd/old looking sushi, but China Sea sushi is very good. Great variety!

This place was really good for about 2 months after they opened,After that the food was only warm instead of hot.The Hibachi is the only place the food remains great the Manager/Owner? works hard to keep it nice, but the waitresses spoil the atmosphere(totally) The Cashier/ seating hostess is the most rude person I have ever witnessed in a restaurant, I will not come back, or recommend this place!!

14.95 for the buffet, everything was cold and gross , i went at 5 15 after work....ive been before and it was good at lunch, i wonder if the dinner buffet (witch cost more) is the left over stuff form lunch. Will never be back unless i go on my lunch break, i oh most wanted to ask for my money back, because i only 1plate , got an ice-cream cone and left because it was total trash

The food is not too bad its just a shame the manager lied about the pricing of drinking tax being included and uses the excuse that I didnt understand what he was saying it is a bit inability to not be able to speak English is no excuse. Do not come here if you want to be treated badly. Just expect good food and horrible service from the owner

We eat sushi here at least once a month and Ive never been sick. I also eat the raw oysters when Im in the mood and theyre always good. The wasabi is really salty. Hubby always gets bourbon chicken and its really good too. For dessert I like the chocolate tiramisu squares or the hot apple turnover, hubby and the kids get ice cream.

Choices were plentiful but the food was not hot along with mostly overcooked meat. Service was excellent! We were joyfully greeted and seated promptly. Nonetheless, I dont think I will return for the $12 plus tax per person costs for this average tasting buffet in a less than spectacular environment.
