I told you I had trust issues. Go ahead and get comfortable for this one because I had to bust out Word on the laptop to shed some light on a situation that occurred 9/10/2016. It’s out of my character to right reviews good or bad because thems is first world problems aka spilled milk, but Lighthouse pizza has something special and my most recent experience had me feelin’ a type of way. This is a positive and negative review. 1st the good news: Lighthouse pizza has the BEST pizza in Nebraska. No I haven’t tasted every pizza place in the N, but I don’t care and it doesn’t matter because it’s that good. This past Friday 9/9/16 I introduced my family from Florida to this spot and even their pallets were blown…that sauce is lit. Lighthouse pizza is so good, I walked outside after an hour or so of shopping, smelled Zio’s pizza and said **** I want some Lighthouse Pizza! So I called my bf and we hit the spot up again on 9/10/16. Now my customer experiences from Friday to Saturday were like night and day. I wish I kept my receipt from Friday so I could give those ladies some credit – I do know I was there around 2 and the customer service was beautiful and delightful! Service on Saturday is the bad news… That ***** Jennifer #1004 working the window needs a ****’****** attitude check! I’m talking about Chk 2001 Sept10’16 06:05P. I have worked a drive thru before, and I would have NEVER shown my *** like she was last night. I’m about to give you a reason to have an attitude honey… 1st I had to ask if we could pay with two forms of payment ****near 8 times and she started getting impatient. There’s a point where you can’t hear and you’re just not listening. 2nd idk if she put the order in wrong or if the guys in the kitchen just didn’t catch it, but the Sparky half of our pizza had ZERO sauce on it when all we asked for was no Sparky sauce. 3rd We ordered a whole pie and were going two different places so I asked if we could have the halves in separate boxes. When I asked she immediately said No. I looked at her like, really? Since whens does the drive thru tender make executive decisions like that. You’re not even the one who boxes it… I’m guessing my puzzled stare convinced her to ask someone who’s actually working and miraculously it was possible. 4th so we finally get our whole pie in 2 boxes (shout out to the kitchen it was delicious). However, there was only 1 cup of pizza sauce in each box. So that’s approx. 1 cup per 4 slices of pizza. SO we asked if we could have extra and when we asked for extra cups of pizza sauce JENNIFER thought it was a good idea to actually roll her eyes at my bf and I. Since when do you reserve the right to catch an attitude over sauce that’s free ****? Stingy *** ***. Had I not just got out of work and wasn’t tired I would have shoved that pizza up her skinny lil ***. Just so there’s no confusion as to who I’m referring to and the reason I’m calling her Jennifer is because that’s the name on my receipt. That ***** had long mud colored brown hair and wore pink/redish rectangle plastic framed glasses, also her shirt was a faded red color possibly pink. And just because I got trust issues I’m posting this on Google too. It’s going to be a while before I eat Lighthouse pizza. Her attitude left a nasty taste in my mouth. Good Luck Lighthouse.

this is my first time using lighthouse pizza as my fellow college students recommended it. I like it a lot. the slice is HUGE (which I underestimated) and it is worth the price. the guy who delivered was very nice he even offered to bring the pizza all the way to my dorm room (of course I didnt make him do that). pizza was on time and hot. I ordered a simple pepperoni slice with a diet pop and some regular fries and im very satisfied. I mean its not AMAZING but its very good pizza. i will be recommending this to my boyfriend since we stay up pretty late and they are open until 3 on saturdays! SIDENOTE: the crust is fluffy just how i like it!

Wont ever order from this place! Our work group ordered from here for a special work lunch (9 of us). We wanted delivery at 11:00, as work hours on Fridays are until noon. The food finally came at 11:35. Then they forgot to bring one persons order. When we called about it, they said they wouldnt bring it to us until/unless they had another order coming this direction. Well by then everyone else would have already eaten and left work for the day! That is extremely bad customer service and completely unacceptable! They just alienated 9 people who will tell other people about the poor customer service we received!

Im not going to lie, my first go around wasnt a great experience and I thought "I will never eat here again" but a friend dragged me back for lunch and to my surprise, the pizza had improved by leaps-and-bounds. I think the most noticeable improvement was the taste and texture of the pizza crust. It had the right amount of crunch but the inside was still soft and it had the right amount of "pizza oven char" to add a nice flavor. All-in-all I would eat here again. Great place for lunch, great for a late night snack and the prices are very good as well.

Went around town looking for a new pizza place to try and came across Lighthouse. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza was so delicious. You can create your own slice or go for some specialities, and by slice I mean a really big slice. (Fyi, the pizza is thin, but loaded with toppings) The fries were great too; we tried the garlic parmesan and they were flavorful. All in all, I think we found our new pizza spot. Cant wait to take friends and family when they visit!

This is a great place for a good slice of pizza. You get a 9 inch, new York style (thin crust) pizza slice with your choice of up to 5 toppings on it. I chose garlic, tomatoes, spinach, artichoke hearts and feta. It was awesome! I tried a meatier style pizza the first time but didnt like the combination of it and the thin crust. I also got a basket of garlic parmesan fries which were were perfectly fried.

I agree with Sir Thomas Griggs Jr. My initial experience with Lighthouse was kind of meh....I imagine it had to do with incorrect oven choice. I will say Lighthouse Pizza remedied that problem like pros with a trek to the nearest Oven-Nirvana. Their fries have always been the golf version of subpar...meaning they kick butt. Set your ship on a straight course to Lighthouse. Pizza ho!

Great pizza and open late on the weekends, they give you a quarter of a whole pie as a slice. Their fries are awesome too, get the tiger or poutine super fries and buffalo or bbq chicken pizza and you cant go wrong. Shout out to Daniel at the place, I miss ordered one day and he got me the slice I wanted at no extra charge. Thats above and beyond customer service in my book!

I am in love. The customer service was great and the food was even better! I love the idea of being able to grab one slice of pizza and run. Not to mention the gourmet French fries and the multiple flavors they offer. By far one of the best family owned restaurants I have ever eaten at. Definitely worth the distance from my house. p.s. ask for extra sauce. to.die.for.
