No one had reviewed this place yet (though its only been 2 weeks since it opened) so I will share my 2 cents. A very through $0.02. How it works: This place is similar in concept to Chipotle or Subway, but with pizza. You pick your sauce, cheese, toppings, then they build and bake your pizza in front of you. The crust they use is a thin, crunchy crust, so if you like chewy crusts, dont bother. I believe you can pick just about as many toppings as you want, within reason. Everything looked fresh as well. They bake it in a open wood stove, like at California Pizza Kitchen. The taste: The pizza tasted pretty good, and my husband concurred. They were generous with the toppings, and I really liked the crispy crust. Not the best in the world, but definitely better than Dominoes or Pizza Hut. The service: This place is new, but everyone had their act together. There was someone to greet you at the door and explain how everything worked, and someone to bring your pizza to you when it was done. The assembly part was slow, but Im guessing that is because everyone there is a noob and hasnt make a bunch of pizzas yet. The pizza takes about 5 minutes for them to bake it and bring it to you, but they were not very busy when we went. Everyone was friendly and made sure you were taken care of. The Price: $7.50 for a 11 inch pizza with whatever toppings you want. Holy magicarp thats a deal! If you are hungry you could eat a whole one, but I was full after eating half of one. I got lunch for tomorrow too with the leftovers (in a cute little mini pizza box). This place seems to be a franchise that started in California, and this is the first Colorado store. So far so good. I hope they keep it that way (and that price) so this can be one of my regular lunch stops.

Been there twice. First time was great. The second time there were four people working. Three stood around and talked while the new guy (they had to show him how to sauce a pizza) was made to make the pizzas unsupervised. No one showed him how many toppings to put on so we had very meager pizzas (subway style, 4 bell peppers for you!). The building was dirty and the staff was very loud, we felt so uncomfortable we changed our eat in to carry out. I really liked this place the first time I went and I dont want it to fall apart. This place needs a good manager. I am willing to change my rating if this place bounces back, maybe it was an off night.

When I first walked in it was dead. Went up to order and was walked through how they make their pizza, its like subway for pizzas. It cooked quick and tasted good, until the toppings where picked off as it always happens on the last piece. At that moment the real flavor of the pizza came out...or lack there of. I always say the best pizza is one you want to finish the crust with. This one was bland and tasted like unflavored dough. Good cheap and it the end a bit disapointing, but would go there if I was in the area and wanted something cheap.

DONT GO HERE, DONT EXPOSE YOURSELF TO POTENTIAL HEALTH RISKS!! I ate here Wednesday night, order their "Spicy Southwest" Specialty. The young woman preparing the pie couldnt have been more friendly or efficient. The young men surrounding the oven and delivering the food couldnt have been more surly and detached. Between 2 AM and 2 PM Thursday I made 17 trips to the bathroom as my body rid itself of the under cooked toppings (not even warmed) and sodium that made up the meal. GROSS, JUST ABSOLUTELY GROSS!!

The service here is always which and the pizza is good. This is a place where they have the dough ready, you choose your toppings then they cook it for you right there and then. I like that they dont charge crazy amounts for extra toppings. The crust is on the thin side which I like but if youre a deep dish only person, this isnt the place for you. There are no kid sized pizzas but you could share two pizzas amongst three people if nobody is a big eater.

My favorite pizza place! Extremely reasonable price and very fast for made to order pizza. It set up where you go through the line and tell them what toppings you want as you go like Chipotle or Qdoba and they cook it as your pain. Once you sit down at your table the pizza is out in at least five minutes. The pizzas are individual size or a little bit bigger so you can take just enough home for lunch the next day.

This place has steadily gone downhill. Food is great, but the employees are more concerned with chatting with friends and goofing off than they are serving the customer. The pizza sizes seem to be shrinking and they are getting skimpy with the toppings. Has great potential as the food is good and thats why I keep going back and keep getting disappointed.

Delicious NY style pizza with plenty of toppings to choose from. One of the few places where you can actually get garlic as a topping too. On my first visit, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very quick service, super clean environment and the prices were fair. I really loved this place, perfect for lunch or dinner. Can wait to go back!

Fresh ingredients on a pizza made to order from $8! You can customize the pizza or split the toppings any way you prefer. To describe it to someone who has never been, Id say its the "Chipotle for pizza", but Id be doing this place a disservice. It contends for the best pizza in the metro area. Too bad there currently is only one in all of Colorado

This Pieology serves great pizza, and some of the better pizza Ive had around Denver. Nearly all of their toppings are flavorful and the cooks always ask whether I want to add or change any of the toppings offered. Their ricotta is especially fantastic, and the margherita pizza is wonderful. Additionally, the cooks are always friendly.

Was introduced to this fab place by my nephew. Was so happy he asked to go. You can order online or you can go to the restaurant and order. Either way the pizzas are delicious, you have a big variety of toppings and the thin crisp crust is always nicely done. Also reasonable prices and courteous service.

Best pizza Ive ever had and thats saying a lot! All of the ingredients were choice and quality, if you love pizza and are tired of having to sacrifice your topping choices for other people, than youll love getting to choose whatever you want for your own pizza! Plus its under $10 and ready in 10 min!

This is the subway of Pizza. They assemble it in front of you, decent selection of toppings but misses the spot as far as quality pizza goes. The crust and dough is fairly good but the cheese is extremely thick and overall not the best pizza Ive ever had.

This is one of the best pizzerias Ive ever been to. I just got two awesome pizzas that cooked up in five minutes. And the pricing is the best!- $8 for as many and as mulch toppings as you want on an 11.5" (in) pizza.

I think I have become addicted to this place. Great pizza...made exactly the way you want it. Friendly and professional staff, clean restrooms. My only complaint is that I wish they were open a little later at night.
