Ordered 2 pizzas and was told itd be approximately 12 minutes.... 20.. Watched this dudes order come out and naturally he came in and ordered 3 pizzas ~10 minutes after I placed my order?!...32....minutes in and as I sat there not even one employee looked at me or offered any sort of explanation.... Apology???? Nope.... It wasnt until I approached the counter to get a refund that female cashier opened her mouth but unfortunately accountability was not going to leave her mouth. WOW!

This store sucks!! I just called and let them know that my mother bit into a screw FROM THE PIZZA, and they had no concern, no free pizza, nothing! I even let them know that my Granddaughter was eating it and it couldve been her!! Needless to say, I will not be going there again! Who hires these people?!!! I talked to the manager too, so theres o excuse for this stupidity!!

I agree that you get what you pay for but when $5 hot n ready pizzas are what youre whole marketing is based on then you should get better service. I only come here when Im absolutely desperate for cheap fast pizza and the pizza is always cheap but too frequently its not fast and the majority of employees here are quite rude and ignore you a lot

Went there yesterday and they were super unorganized spent over a hour to get my pizza and bread sticks only for it to be cold and the cashier was being super weird to all the customers talking as if he was Irish when he wasnt and creeping out several of the woman with his strange comments.

This restaurant is always super busy at dinner time and they never seem to have enough staff to keep up with orders. Ive had to wait every time Ive come in here. Unfortunately, its the only LC in the Arvada/Golden area. They should call this place, "It will be hot, when its ready."

Normally its good their, the service that is, but tonight they were struggling and Im pretty sure it was caused by the person running the font counter/ register , food quality is great, love the cinnamon bytes.

Ive been to many different little Cesars and have never been happy. Ive been to this one numerous times and have never had an issue. The staff is great and if you have a large order you can call ahead of time.

Pizza has NEVER been "hot & ready" between 4-8 pm. They always have an excuse as to why theres nothing ready. Super annoying.
