Had the Rudest waitress and the owner was just as rude! There were 2 waitresses that night working. One of the waitresses saw me and my 2 lady friends up front waiting and she looked away and went off somewhere else- we waited up-front 15-20 minutes and then finally the waitress comes back and tells us theres a seat in the back.Then we wait another 10-15 minutes and we have no menus-no waters-nothing- so I go up to the bar and ask the waitress for 3 menus and she said she will bring them in a minute- so I said weve been waiting a while and she got snotty with me and said she had all these other tables to wait on-then I just walk away because of her rudeness,then about 10 minutes later she brings them and I grabbed it from her and she thought I grabbed the menu too fast and she raised her voice at me and said"Excuse me"- my 2 lady friends and I looked stunned cuz we didnt get what went wrong and so at that point I ask for a manager- the manager is gone so we decide to walk out and then I called the manager the very next day and actually spoke with the owner- it turns out that the rude waitress is the owners sister and while I was explaining what had happened he cuts me off and gets so defensive of his sister and denies that she could ever do anything like that and he hangs up on me.Wow- rudest service I ever got! never going back! The waitress too was rude to some people in front of our table as well because I overheard her getting argumentive with them and telling them she has a lot of tables to do.

Beware of late charges from incompetent workers at this joint. Just got a charge from... July? 5 months ago - for pizza..that we dont have a receipt to verify. Called our bank thinking it was a fraudulent charge because it was still pending and the name didnt match up... Canceled our card... yay? Called this Villa on a hunch even though we couldnt verify it was them... and actually got chewed out by the owner for canceling our card lol... when he charged us a mystery amount from July? Ive met a lot of rude people in my day... but being chewed out for us protecting our account from something we didnt authorize... Thats gotta be a first. Beware of incompetence. Thank you for the pizza over the past 5 months... we wont be back :)

I was going to give this place 2 stars because of how unacceptably slow and negligent our waitress was, but the sausage sandwich with cheese & peppers I had was the bees knees and I like to give a fair review for small businesses. Really affordable place. Although the homemade pasta was like $15- more than double what my sandwich cost. If Im up there again Id try this place again. That sandwich is not forgettable. Just to give you perspective of time, Im being honest, we waited ten minutes for her to approach our table, and then ordering was fast and food came quickly, but then she just forgot about us and we were sitting there for 15 minutes (literally) before getting up to approach another waitress to take care of our bill.

Management was incredibly rude to my 64 year old mother while waiting 45 min for a table. The host was calling her rude because she asked if we could sit in a 6 top with 7 or split into 2 tables. He said no we dont do that and left a 6 top sitting open while we waited for 45 min, then he threw the menus on the table and said here. We left. Have ate there before and you cant treat customers like crap especially when the food is mediocre. Who treats a 64 yr old woman so rudely!! Will never go back and will tell everyone how terrible mgmt was.

Quaint, Friendly, Good basic Italian food, Good value We have been there twice for date night and would go again. Its not trendy, but its very well done basic Italian food. The tomato sauce is not as acidy as some, the pasta is very nice. The wine is a great value by the 1/2 or full liter. Salad that comes with the entree is very nice with very nice fresh greens and a good assortment of ingredients. Extremely friendly homey atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and neighbors.

The first time I was at The Villa I had the pizza which was excellent. Their home made sausage was delicious and absolutely made the pie. The second venture there was not so successful. I had the veal parmesan and it was just plain bad. Tiny serving and it was tough and dry. Both times the service was slow so I dont recommend going there if you are in a hurry to get back to work. Overall I highly recommend the pizza but as for other items on the menu I think it is hit or miss.

Absolutely my all time favorite pizza. My family has been enjoying the Villa since George Perry opened the doors when I was 2! The crust is unbeatable for any fans of thin and crispy. We enjoy dining in the spotless cozy restaurant, as well as ordering take out. We also try to keep a couple of their take and bake pizzas in the freezer, but they dont last long! Kudos to Jim and his entire staff.

First off let me start by saying that they have some of the best pizza in a 10 mile radius to me. Hands down love their pies. Went and dined in for the first time over labor day weekend. Awful service, rude staff, dish boy and back workers swore as we walked in to dine, instantly started off a poor dine in experience. Ill get pies from them often, but wont eat in ever.

If you are a regular you get the best service and seated right away.. This was our first time and had to wait while others got seated right away. Water was the only option to drink and was not going to get a menu, we had to tell waitress we needed one.. No thank you for coming even as we left... The obviously have enough regular customers they dont need new ones..

I have been going to this fabulous Pizzeria since I was a kid growing up in Arvada. I moved away to the east coast for school and never found a better pie! The sausage, sauce, pepperoni and green Chile strips are the best combo around! Now that I am home............I love having easy access to this great eatery! Thanks for staying an Arvada staple! JMC

Im from Chicago so I have high expectations when it comes to pizza. I was pleasantly surprised how good the pizza was. Sausage is homemade with a little kick to it, crust was thin & crispy, sauce was great. Our waitress was very friendly & the owner stopped by our table twice to see how everything was. I would definitely go back!

Really great pizza and the sausage is fantastic! Really nice place to visit and the staff is always great, they seem to know everybody, this place has a real home town feel. We had a fun time and the drinks were large.

The Pizza here is one of the best! However, it is not my favorite place to go for any sort of pasta dish. They also have $10 single topping pizza Tuesdays! Its an awesome deal and great pizza!
