Went here during a late lunch rush. They were out of alot of things which is understandable and it took several minutes to get through the line bit there were several people infront of us. When I got to the end of the line where they cut up chicken and everything I watched them cutting up teriyaki chicken (which I ordered) it was raw. They noticed after I watched them serve a few customers and told me they had to remake it and they would bring it out to us when it was done. They were bringing out the steak to the table as well. When we sat down my orange chicken was cold but edible I guess. When we got the steak and chicken part of the chicken was undergone and the steak was rare. I asked if they would cook it for longer and they said they would replace it but it would be about 4 minutes and they would bring it to the table. After about 15 minutes of waiting we left. I will never eat here again.

Panda Express is one of my very favorite restaurants so I was very excited to see this one go up on my way home from work. However, the food is not as good as any other location on its best day and the last three times I have gone I have been extremely disappointed. This last time I was told there was a 9min wait for rangoons in the drive through. The time before, there was 23 cars backed up in the drive through, and the previous time, I got all the way home just to find out that HALF of my $30 order was not in the bag. I will not be returning. 1/5/17 Ok, I returned with a gift card I received for Xmas. It was right at 6pm on a Saturday. .... THEY WERE OUT OF WHITE RICE, BROWN RICE, FRIED RICE AND CHOW MEIN! was told it would be 20 min before rice of any kind was ready....

There have been many bad reviews posted here about service or quality of food. I would like to remind everyone that Panda Express is a fast food option. I have gotten it to-go from this location on many occasions, and the food is always steaming even by the time I get home. I havent had a bad experience with the food. In terms of service, I have eaten inside on several occasions, always during a slow time. I have always found the staff courteous and efficient. So as far as Panda Expresses go, this location is a great one to visit. However, Panda Express uses cheap cuts of meat in general. So I gave 4 stars on the basis of this fact, which is not the fault of the individual location, but rather the parent company and food supplier.

This particular location does not have the same entrees offered at other Panda Express locations. I love the Beijing Beef from Panda Express, however this location did not have it. Also, their servings are half the size of other locations. They need to work on their menu!!!! I dont think they are ready be Panda Express. Maybe Panda Express in "training".

Food is okay, but every time I go through the drive thru, I feel like I am being harassed. "Would you like egg rolls?" No I ordered what I need. "Would you like a drink?" No... "Would you like to donate a dollar?" No! "How about we round up the change for a donation?" It gets extremely annoying very fast.

I sat in the drive through for 4 minutes waiting for someone to bring me the rest of my order. Made eye contact with an employee twice and was ignored. Eventually got asked if I needed help. After googling to try it out another time, saw these other reviews and decided to chip in on the bad employees.

Always consistently good Americanized Chinese food. Drive through can get backed up but going inside and taking it to go is always fast. This is one of the best Pandas Ive been to and their staff makes all the difference. Great atmosphere and delicious food.

ordered the standard beef and broccoli with chow mein, and it was terrible. it tasted like it had sat out for hours. and the Manager was too busy to even talk to me on the phone when i called with a problem. will not be eating here again.

If you are looking for average food that belongs in the mall, you have found it here. The choices are limited and the quality is bland to average. I recommend you save your money and look elsewhere if you are looking for good Chinese food.

I love Panda Express, but it seems the Wentzville store can never make enough to keep up with demand. Nothing like setting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, just to be told they dont have what youve been waiting for. Very frustrating!

Overall great place with great food. However, avoid during lunch and dinner rushes. Service quality drops dramatically when they get very busy and they always run out of food so be prepared to wait for it.

Both times I went here my food was wrong. Second time I caught it and had to wait 15 mind for them to fix. They threw in an old egg roll to make up for it. Quality isnt great either.

Seems consistent with other Panda Express locations. Good for a wide selection of Chinese cuisine at a reasonable price with minimal wait time. Enjoy the shrimp and white rice.
