Im not sure of the gentlemans name working the final register at lunchtime on 08/30/2016, but he inquired about a patch on my hat, and after explaining to him that it was an Army unit that I deployed to Iraq with he promptly beckoned his manager to give me and my wife a military dicount. It was very unexpected, but very much appreciated. Not to mention the quality of our food, and the customer service were exceptional. This Penn Station location just made a lifelong customer of me. Thanks guys, and keep up the great work. See you next Tuesday for a free sample of chocolate chunk cookies! ***I never review any businesses on here, but I felt so appreciated by the employee that took time to recognize my military service that this review was necessary.***

Got 3 sandwiches from the place with fries and drink included. Sandwiches sounded good from what the advertise on tv. The whole order was about 40 bucks give or take a few bucks. For 40 bucks I expected what I paid for which was good food. The food was mediocre at best and for that price I could have gone to applebees just down the road! The service was good and people were friendly but, that is all they have going for them. Never again will I go there for anything if I want a good sub I will either go to subway or jimmy johns. Keep it on the east coast where people dont mind paying 40 bucks for sandwiches and fries!

I really like some of the subs here, and really dislike others. However, I will say the ones I dont care for are the ones they literally smother in pizza sauce. I dont know if this is something people enjoy, but I hate soggy bread. Otherwise, I order chicken teriyaki and it is very good! Their cookies and lemonade, both made fresh, are really good also. Check out Penn Station, but be wary of the subs with pizza sauce, its excessive!

It would be a lie for me to say this is not my favorite sandwich place of all times, so Ill be as unbiased as I can. The food was amazing, the fries cooked in peanut oil, and the lemonade always taste so fresh. The staff was quick to greet us and get out order started. The sandwiches cost a little more, but when you eat one you will know why, the size of the venue would be my only complaint as there is not much seating.

I have tryed 3 different sandwiches at 3 different locations, and have yet to be able to actually eat any of Penn Stations East Coast subs. I recomend staying home with bread and peanut butter. Really, what is so hard about a sandwich?

As a native of the east coast I know good subs and this... aint it BUT its a nice effort. I do love the fries and the sub variety is nice. A little overpriced and the shop isnt much to dine in but its good enough.
