When it opened and for 8 years wasnt a better Waffle House anywhere . Im a regular customer , not as much as before . People have to learn a kitchen is hot work . On many occasions even reading reviews , foods cold because air near grill is to high . Im a more than gracious TIPPER when women read just this Ill even tip the good waitress that dont serve me at the time . Chili isnt maintained any more usually cold as well , isnt turned on . Crackers need to be replaced . I recommend each person to throw them out . They replace them back for as long as the box last . Whole box is stale . I used to say give me two eggs over-medium . Now you must say give me two over-medium and make sure the white is done , she will say thats what over-medium means but it never is . I as always will eat there at least once this weekend , and continue to keep trying . Even my wife cant believe how its changed .

Terrible Service and manners!! I just walked into this waffle House and was not greeted by any one of the 6 employees staring at me when I walked in. No one asked me what I was having or anything. I sat at the bar right in front of all of them for at least 10 minutes without a word. I decided to leave when I saw a white male walk through the door and they immediately greeted him. I have been to Waffle Houses in my area (Metairie, LA) and have never seen this type of service ever... This place needs to be supervised and I can tell you this, it was a bad experience and dont plan to stop at this particular Waffle House ever again!!

I was trying to call this location to place a take out order and no one would answer the phone. When I got near the restaurant I could see that they open and could see the employees moving around inside. I parked at a gas station across the street and called back. After ringing almost 30 times a girl answered the phone and I told her I was trying to place a take out order. She turned around and hung up the phone. I called the waffle house at the next exit and received friendly prompt service.

Ms. Fran is the reason we come to eat at this waffle house. She is my favorite server. This particular time the waitress "Christy" was making rude comments about Ms. Fran and this made my experience not as good. They need to realize we can here everything they say and need to keep their rude opinions to themselves. I worked in the service industry for 5 years and never publicly voiced my opinion about another server. Anyway, ms. Fran is the best and Ill continue to come as long as she is around!

Horrible service. Manager fussed at worker in front of customers. Food was cold and when we complained, the waitress kept saying smart remarks. She is lucky Im saved! Very unprofessional. Businesses need to realize when you come to THEIR business you come there to relax and enjoy not leave upset, we could choose from thousands of other places so appreciate your customers. Then Waitress was rude and kept talking out loud and I finally had to say something! Never going back!

Janis was our waitress. Hince *was* she started out as our waitress and then we continuously had to ask other workers to get us our check and refills on our drinks. She was horrible and she only had two tables the entire time. In other words. If you go to this waffle house avoid at all cost a waitress names Janis. She did not receive a tip but the other workers did.

Fastest Waffle House around, great food. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Dont try and call ahead most Waffle Houses dont take phone orders, if you are in the restaurant and try to call them you will not hear a phone ring, this is at multiple locations I have been.

Tonya, the relief manager is really nice. Helps me with everything i need and asked, she is running this place and getting food out QUICK,Definitely deserve a raise or a higher position. I never loved waffle house as much before meeting her i will most definitely be coming back

Lack of service skills! I have made two attempts to call ahead for an order both attempts were failures due to the fact the "Rep" that answered the phone put me on hold so long I could not place my order. Go elsewhere...they are doing so well they do not need new orders!!

Right now is under construction to make it much better. Dont know when it will be done. Some if the same people will be back there and they are extremely friendly, caring and understanding.hope it will be back open soon!

The service was ok. But there were ants on our table and there was a man there that never got his other food he ordered. The workers said its ALWAYS like that. Im never goin there again.
