I pulled up with 7 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and thought to myself wow this is gonna take a while. I pulled around the building and by the time i got around i was able to drive right up to the speaker. I placed my order and when i turned the corner there was only one car at the window and they pulled off right as i was pulling up. As soon as i pulled up she handed me my first drink and i waited about 10 seconds for the second drink. The longest part of the whole deal was waiting for the credit card receipt to print. It was unreal how quick i got thru that place.

This is the best Starbucks in St. Louis! THE MOST friendly, laid back employees. Youll never hear them talking drama about their personal lives (like at the other Starbucks locations), no attitude ever. Theyre consistently friendly with a very positive vibe. They go out of their way to accommodate you and make sure your order is correct. The store has plenty of seating options and a great view of the sunset. Zero complaints ever.

Just visited here and the woman taking our order was in a constant conversation over headset while taking orders, laughing and talking. Did not hear our order and asked us to repeat when she got to a break in other conversation. Did the same with folks in front of us and put her hand up to pause their order while she was listening and laughing. Super annoying. Coffee good though! 4pm

Baristas are rude, will gossip about each other and customers directly in front of you. My last experience at that store entailed a small girls PURPLE DREADLOCK fall into a tea. She then put the lid on and slid in over to be handed out to a customer in the drive. Disgusting. I will never go to this location again.

I love this Starbucks, they have the quickest and most efficient service. Its just not the same if I go to other locations. I can expect to sit in this drive threw, tops five minutes. Other locations take at last fifteen. Im a night shift nurse and thoroughly enjoy my coffee :) thanks Valley Park Starbucks!

Staff is great. Seating is uncomfortable, there are usually a couple of flies buzzing around the bathroom always seems dirty and about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the place.

2 of 3 sandwiches made correctly. Added items to third instead of leaving them off. Then charged me extra for it. Figured it out 10 miles down the road on the way to a funeral.

Great coffee. Love that this location is open until 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights...10pm on the other nights. Plus, they open at 5 each day.
