Brought dinner home from here tonight and I got the Turkey Bacon Bravo, which I usually love (we always go to the one on Zumbehl, its always good), but this time it was not very good. There was 2 half strips of bacon in the center of the sandwich (I got a half sand) and a very small slice of cheese with barely any of the sauce (see attached photo if I can get it to work). Very disappointing!!

The food is your standard Bread Co. / Panera fare, and the prices are reasonable. However, no one in the drive thru knows what they are doing. Takes forever to get my food and the staff has trouble getting simple orders right. I would suggest going to the one in OFallon or the location in St. Charles off of Zumbehl.

Service is sloooooow, lots of crumbs on the floor, the door entry glass is very smudged up. Walls, carpet, tables all showing wear. There are other paneras in the area that are so well kept. I will say once you get the food, it is very good. Update 8/28/15, they cleaned the door glass, yeah...

Very good options here. I enjoy most of the things I have had here. I usually get my sandwiches without whatever sauce goes on said sandwich or on the side. The sauce are sometimes a little doing for me.

This sad pickle represent the currently quality. Place is cold, so sat in the small room. It smelled bad in there. Wont take much to improve this place, just some attention to detail and a good cleaning.

They forgot my turkey! So the great lady at the counter replaces my entire sandwich and added turkey to my existing one. This type of service is hard to find. Great job guys! Im a regular now!

HORRIBLE service. Was hung up on the phone by an employee when I asked for a manager. Ordered catering to go and they missed over 1/2 the order.
