CSM runs their facility at all hours of the night to save money and for years their Night time noises have disturbed our community. Last night on Sunday, they beeped and unloaded trucks from 4-5 AM. Our condo community is behind their facility. Our unit is not even one of the units near CSM, but it wakes us up almost every night. They are aware that they are breaking the law and the noise ordinances of Dekalb Co. They also say that they are having "meetings" regarding the noise. The problem is they continue to break the law and run their trucking operations at all hours of the night. For over 1 1/2 years now, they say the are looking into. I have a 4 year and a 4 month old son and they need their sleep. Can someone stop this company from breaking our communities laws?

Wow, just wow. I have tried so many times to get in touch with someone there to order some of their products. No calls or emails are ever returned. When I called the GA location, the receptionist told me to hold on while she continued a conversation at her desk with someone- and I could hear the entire thing. Then she told me there wasnt anyone for our area. Asked me a what I wanted, I could tell she was irritated, and when I told her she huffed and transferred me to a voicemail that I am sure I will never hear anything from. An example of what not to do in business. I gave one star but it should be a negative star.

One star for decent humans, just not motivated. The woman working the front desk laughed when i went to get a door at my appt time. (After checking in four hours prior) Said they hadent loaded a single truck to appointment times in a month. Got a door at 00:30a for a 19:00 appointment. Loaded out at 03:00a. Great place to pick up a load if you need to roll back some hours. Pack a lunch or bob tail to Chipotle

My driver has been here since 9:45am and its 7:07pm now and still is not loaded. These are are crazy and dont care about having drivers wait outside all day to get loaded and have them drive all night long to get to their destination. If you are going to give us a 11am appt load us up at 11 dont make us wait 15 hours to load. Stupid people will never haul a load for these guys ever again.

I came on time 11:00 my appt for delivery, checked in with a guard, she told me to park on the street, and wait for call, everybodys on lunch, dear CHRW morons whats the point to scheldue delivery for 11:00 if theres 1 hr lunch? They gave me door at 12:30, 13:15 they didnt took any pallet

I had a delivery for this guys and it took them around 4 hours to unload me and all the people i had to deal with on this plant were very rude,the old lady at the gate,the black guy(manager or somthing) in the receiving department. Complete disaster! !!!

By far one of the worst warehouses Ive stepped foot in. Poor leadership and communication, enormous amount of disgruntled employees, overall terrible experience to be a part of. Its truly a wonder that it continues to stay functioning and in business.

I have been here 16 hours I checked in at 1830 and was told to park down the street from here. I called my broker and set detention at 9 pm last night . I got in a door at 0800 and just got a green light its 12:25 pm

At first i was scared due to all the previous reviews maybe i was lucky but i got there at 10:17 am with appointment at 11 n i was out by 10:45 super fast and friendly asian guy at the receiving office thanks!!!

The lady at the gard shack just made a complete ass of her self. Just because I turned my semi around on there property. That lady doesnt need to be working with the public. She was verry rude and hateful.
