Non edible items in food.: Yesterday my friends mom brought us some Bread co back to the house. I got the creamy chicken and wild rice soup. Put it in my bread bowl, mixed it around and started eating. As Im about to take another bite I notice something blue. It was part of a toothpick with the colored cellophane wrap on the top. I passed it by. Wondering how the hell it got in there, but I wasnt phased. 2 bites after, I see something that I think is the skin of an onion, the membrane that sometimes comes off of sliced onions. I pulled it out of my soup. It was a piece of plastic. I didnt want to find out what else was in my soup so my dinner was ruined. I know mistakes happen, Ive worked in restaurants for 9 years. But seriously ?? Come on . That was a choking hazard and it could have done internal damage. What if that had been a childs meal?? Youre lucky I saw it and you have no law suit to be filed. Watch your employees, teach them the importance of proper food prep.

Wednesday morning ran in between patients around during 9:00 in the morning. Only one person at checkout and both guests in front of me did not know what they wanted. Rather than offer to ring the person up in line or have another cashier come out to help, we all just stood there waiting and waiting and waiting for a decision to be made. Not only my did the cashier not help the customer make a decision she kept getting the customer sidetracked by asking about their families a day what they were doing for the day. Im all for friendly customer service but after 15 min I walked out and went to a local spot. Why they couldnt just have two people on the register is beyond me. As for the drive thru, lol the line was 8 cars long when I left.

Over 20 minutes to get our food (we ordered a bowl of soup and a sandwich. When my husband finally went to the counter, it had been sitting so long that the soup was cold. The soup spoon they gave me was filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting and the trash cans were overflowing. The dining room floor had trash everywhere and we had to literally search for a clean table. If they had been busy it would have been a different matter but we were only the 6th table.

Great place to hang out and eat, has a lovely atmosphere and great soups! The baked potato soup is amazing as well as the blueberry scones! I love not only this location, but all of the surrounding St. Louis Bread Companies, the French baguette they give as a side for soups is a bit hard and is the only complaint I can have, but the bread softens up when dipped in your soup. Overall, great place and amazing food.

The people that work the drive thru here are the worst! I come here often and EVERY time I drive away with something wrong with my order. I am not exaggerating. Every time. Make sure you check your bag before you drive away!!! Also, they seem to be out of bread bowls often. Isnt that what they do here? Make bread?!?

Definitely a tech-friendly oasis in the middle rural suburbia. Okay Wi-Fi, Hip young staff, mostly funny HS teens from the surrounding growing suburbs. Environ is clean, smells nice :-), okay food, good bread. Free water, unlimited coffee cup buy in. Spent my whole day here comfortably.

We frequent this breadco often for studying, the evening managers are all amazing yet the General Manager has a problem with customer service. Waited over 20 minutes for an iced mocha that he started and then walked away and forgot.

Love bread co. 100% clean food. Delivery service, drive thru, everything on the menu is delicious and they have a rewards card. Everything you could want in a place. Now I can order healthy, fresh food straight to my door step.

I have called to complain several times about the baked goods, why are the brownies and cookies hard as a rock? They always say they will send a voucher, I have yet to receive one. Overpriced and Over baked!!

Great Panani Sandwiches. I devour the combos of 1/2 sand & 1/2 soup (french onion) every time. This is my office away from home. I come here for lunch as often as I can to eat and use the FREE wireless.
