EDIT: Ive changed my rating to 5 stars after the owner got in contact with me about my concerns and assured me that she would talk to this employee about her attitude. This is the reason why I love coming here! The owner truly cares. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ive stopped by here on several occasions with my pups for some doggy ice cream while were out walking along main street and have never had a complaint. The owner has always been wonderful; however, one of the other employees is always quite rude. We stopped by yesterday after the Five Acres Trails for Tails 5k event. I was rudely told that there is a $5 minimum for credit card purchases (which I understand), so I ended up buying MORE to meet the minimum to be rudely told "visa and Mastercard only" while pointing to the sign I missed. So I ended up paying with cash, anyway, but this woman could not have been any colder toward us customers. She never smiled, only said one or two word responses, didnt even attempt to make small talk, and made us feel like the biggest idiots for coming in. Now, understand that this is 3 stars only because of this specific employee. The owner is wonderful, and the store is wonderful! But this particular employee acts like were bothering her for even coming in, every time were there! Its to the point now where if I see she is behind the counter, I just walk past.

As soon as I entered the store my husband and I felt completely unwelcome. The lady was not welcoming and in fact kept asking if we needed anything like if we where planning on stealing something.As a dog lover I was interested in getting something simple for my dog and she rudely pointed out that there was a five dollar minimum. Those "minimums" are usually put in place by the store owner and have nothing to do with the bank. I tried to pay with cash but was short about 25 cents and ended up leaving it and I am glad that I didnt buy anything from her in the first place. This place will not have my business any more.I do not recommend it.

The owner was very rude and unfriendly. She had a great selection and I was excited to get a tuxedo for my dog and was going to take a picture (not knowing she didnt allow photos), when she yelled at me about it. She never said hi or asked if we needed help, just jumped all over us about a dumb picture. I think her rule is silly because I would have sent it to friends telling them how awesome her store was, but she didnt care for my business... And I didnt care for her lack of customer service . I spoil and overspend on my dog, so its her loss.

I live right down the street and bring my puppy in every once in awhile. Weve tried the ice cream and a few kinds of cookies, and so far my puppy has enjoyed all of it. They have more than just special treats though. They have a good selection of accessories and toys. Overall I would suggest coming here if you really want to make your dog really, really happy.

Great selection of treats and ice cream for four-legged friends. My dogs are always excited to receive a treat or a trip to the store. The owner is passionate about caring for animals, and the enthusiasm shines through the shop.

I go here ALL the time and get my baby ice cream. LOTS of ice cream. Ive never felt unwelcomed or experienced an unfriendly atmosphere. The ladies Ive met have all been very nice, helpful and talkative.

We always stop in here when we bring one of the dogs to get of doggy ice cream, and they love it. Most recently, the lady that helped us was very friendly and gave my dog a little extra treat.

First visit today, super friendly staff. Bought our two dogs dresses for Halloween. Owner offered to measure and make custom ones of they didnt fit. Amazing selection on treats also!

A dog friendly establishment. Handmade dog cookies look awesome and dogs love them. They also have ice cream for dogs.
