Bread Co is a great company but they claim natural. When food has sodium nitrate it cannot be natural. 1 sandwich alone has over 620 calories, which kilss your calories almost for the day. They dont have the info about rather the water has fluoride in it or not and they wont provide it on the menu. They dont want to talk over the phone about it which makes me skeptical. No gluten free bread, I guess for cross contamination issues with food. Great place to eat but must watch what you buy.

Costs way too much for very little food. Spent five dollars on a small container of basically pure chicken broth. On top of that I didnt even get the french baguette and the pastry I ordered wasnt in stock when I got there. On a good note the pastry I received was delicious and the staff at this location is great, but I just wish I could have gotten a few more noodles and pieces of chicken for the price I paid.

I do love the soup at Panera Bread/St. Louis Bread Company and so do my kids. My boys are always excited to go and get a bowl of our favorite broccoli cheddar. I would give them 5 stars except that Im not very happy with the fact that they run out of bread bowls. If you dont get there soon enough they might not have anymore. I say make more of them to start with if you are running out at night.

Food quality and service are average. Disappointed that they have been charging me extra for getting a mug of coffee, which is the size of a small cup, instead of creating more waste with a disposable cup. When i asked, the person said it was an extra charge because a person with a mug takes up space in the cafe. So, apparently, breadco does not want me in their cafe drinking coffee?

Im told this isnt typical, but they were out of what I asked for... Okay, I can deal, but they wait until after I pay and sit down to tell me, and then they offer a substitute that after I checked the menu should have been a few dollars cheaper... No refund? Not even a dessert? I dont think Ill ever go back here for the mediocre overpriced food, every if it is a St Louis company.

I want to recognize Matt and the people who were helping him with the large order we had from 10:30 to 10:45 am on Saturday, Jan. 23. They were incredibly quick to complete the order in time. When we were putting our food in the car and ready to drive away, Matt ran outside to give us an extra order just in case they missed it. We were so impressed!

This is my FAVORITE bread co. The manager and his whole crew are AMAZING I have talked to the district manager a few times to give him rave reviews on his staff. Even though there is no drive through, I will go to no other bread co.

This location has always been prompt with service and remains clean. I had an isolated incident where one of my orders was missing food items. When I went back, they happily gave me what I was missing plus a cookie for the trouble.

The new kiosks are a great feature, they really help cut down the line especially during the rush times of the day. The food always tastes amazing, and I commend them for always working with me to find a dairy free option!

Who doesnt enjoy a bread bowl every now and then!? 5 stars for the ability to skip the line, place your order on the provided tablets, take a seat, and have your meal brought to your table. Cant go wrong with this place.

The lady how took our order was short, crabby and didnt seem to want to be there. The food was very lackluster and not up to the standard that they use to be at. But on a good note they didnt over bake my bread bowl

Good selection, great food, prices are okay but if you get Panera Rewards then you can get a bunch of free stuff like bagels and pastries. Its a free rewards program so its well worth it.
