TL;DR: Awful, flavourless, thick slop from a jar. Poor hygiene standards. Save your money and head over to trader joes freezer section and pick up some curry there. Its a LOT nicer than signature, and youre guaranteed a higher ingredient quality level. I wish wed done that. Where do I begin? Probably the worst meal out Ive had in a long time. I think you could get better from the freezer aisle in dierbergs. I dont know how its possible to charge $12 for something that so obviously came out of a jar. The curries were all very similar in their lack of taste, high sugar content, and low quality. None of us finished a single serving, and our large bowls of cloyingly thick slop as Ill call it, all went to waste. I think chef Mike and the jar snake had a lot to do with this. There was no taste of fenugreek in the butter chicken, nor any spices in any dish. The lack of flavor was disgusting and there is no excuse when you look at the prices they charge. We were served by at least four servers, who had difficulty in understanding us. Their tip came in the form of the chai tea we ordered, but were not served (not to mention the tremendous profit they make from each jar of curry). I left not even half full, unable to stomach more than a few mouthfuls of the curry. The ambient sound was a table of businesspeople yammering on about work during the whole meal. And the hygiene! Gross! Our cups were all cloudy and water stained, and didnt look clean at all. Furthermore, there were food splatters on the walls, sauce and rice by our feet, and the chairs all had dirty fingerprints all over. We were given plates before our food was ready, and some of them had dried food on the bottom, as well as a hair on one. When the bowls containing the dishes came, they were all mix and match, and most had staining and looked dirty. Obvious that cleaning isnt a priority here. Seriously, avoid this place by all means. Youll get decent quantity, but low low quality. Absolutely appalled by all aspects of our dining experience.

Great Food. Very Bad Service I am big fan of signature India Food. But the part that really upsets me and my family is their service. I took my family few times for lunch and dinner but the service that we got was very poor. They got one or two people who are not professional waiter/waitress, looks like they are their friend or family members or part time students working with out any passion or involvement. They dont come to table in between to check or not even provide silverware. You have to wait long time to ask for anything. i stopped taking my family and office friends to this restaurant and started to order take out instead. After long time i have decided to dine at the restaurant , ordered paper dosa with chai. The server got me plain dosa and said he forgot about paper dosa. he has not even asked sorry or not even offered to change it. i specifically asked chai before my meal . he forgot and i reminded him twice and he got the chai after my meal. i tried to call him few times during my meal and he never came to my table / responded. I am upset and its very poor poor service and wish they can hire some one professional with good attitude and also few more employees. i will never dine in in their restaurant, i will prefer take out. i have planned to take my office colleagues for fridays lunch and i dont want to embarrass myself with restaurant service. i love their food but not their service. Manager or owner please change or train your waiters. they are responsible for spoiling the restaurants reputation.

This place came highly recommended from my father who is a huge foodie. The staff is very polite though not fluent in English so there is a language barrier. We sat down and were given plates that had clearly just been washed as they were dripping wet but some of the plates still had food on them! After telling one of the employees of this he literally went two tables over and hand dried the plates off and handed them back to us! We refused to take the plate as we all watched him do this. Eventually we got clean plates (we think). My dad talked up their food game quite a bit so that may have led to the disappointment (I know he was crushed by the end of this). We ordered the goat biryani which was delicious but there was very little goat meat in the dish, mostly rice. The other dishes we had lacked flavors becoming of Indian food. This place is managed by South Indians so northern style dishes are not always prepared the same as a Northerner would do but this was just so below acceptable. One dish was supposed to be spicy and it was not, furthermore the gravy tasted like Chef Boyardee sauce which upset us because it was sweet and tangy vs spicy and robust. I hope the next time I go there I have a better experience and would like to chalk this up as a one off but the experience was so bad.

I am writing this review right after getting out of this awful place. I went with my wife to eat our lunch. One person took us to the dine in part of the restaurant and gave the menu. We waited for 15 minutes. Nobody came to our table to take the order. We could see they were taking orders from people who came after us. We left the place without eating. My wife typically dont loose her patience and temper like I do. Even she wanted to leave. It just seems that they only care about their regular customers who mostly are from a specific part of India. Horrible, unprofessional place. We also had unpleasant experience with the bakery section. We use to go there every weekend to buy pastries, chicken patties, cakes etc. One weekend, all the four chicken pastries were bad. We realized that only after coming back to our house and please note that it was winter and the food was inside our car for 1 hr. The stuffing inside got spoiled and there was a foul smell. We immediately email them but there was no response. We were not expecting our money back but at least somebody could have responded as a courtesy. This shows how dishonest are these people. stay away.

They are really really bad for carry out stuff like I said that we regularly buy the nan and bread from them but every single time they got messed up with our order. But last night I ordered a Butter nan from them and when I brought those nan to my home kids are ready to eat and they are waiting at dinning table but when we opened the nan they are nasty, its looking like some body already using them to served some people are in Resturant because of some curry spots on them and some have butter and some of these have no butter.they told me to dont come back, we dont care if you or your family go somewhere else. They argued on that point where it supposed to be a apologize for being that. I really hate them doing this with their customers who spending their money to eat Quality food from them but their Quality of food is more worse than the other restaurants. Please dont go over there for getting a food for your own family or friends, Because family members and friends are more worthy then feeding him a worse food full of diseases.
