Went there for Thanksgiving Dinner. We had a last minute change of plans,(meaning we were on the interstate when the plan changed) and decided to go to a restaurant for dinner. First off they ran out of turkey! Keep in mind here they had a special menu for Thanksgiving and yet ran out of turkey. OK, so well have the ham,no problem because my kids love ham,(they are sort of mini ham connoissuers to be precise),they know good ham. My son takes the first bite of ham turns to me and says quietly in my ear so as to not be heard aloud,"Dad, this ham is disgusting." At this point I knew I had made a bad choice in this restaurant. I mean it is Thanksgiving and they have a specific Special Menu for the Holiday there are only two entree choices Turkey or Ham , they run out of turkey(cardinal sin) and the Ham is gross to even my seven year old, and by the way he was exactly correct the ham was equal to what I would expect from a school cafeteria; dry, chewy, flavorless. Do not make the mistake I did, Please learn from my disappointing waste of my Thanksgiving dinner .

POOR! Went out in the rainstorm to eat here. Our server only had one group of about 10 or 12 people. We set for about 15inutes before our order was taken. And about another 15 before we got our drinks. During this text the other group carriers their coffee cups to the front to get refills. Everyone (servers) were standing around work area talking/laughing. We would have loved some bread to tame our hunger pains. About 20-25 minutes AFTER our order was taken the server told us that they were all out of the chicken tenders we ordered so we order fish they were out of that too. We did enjoy our free 2 waters with lemon, 1 sweet iced tea and 1 kids chocolate milk. Thanks BE, we have another great vaca story to tell.

Food not prepared to menu description. Ive been to a few Bob Evans across the country, so I know what to expect on a few of their dishes. I ordered the pot roast dinner and it was not prepared as normal, the difference was that the carrots were not glazed in the dish, they were plain boiled carrots. The menu says they are glazed, other locations Ive had this dish before had glazed carrots. When I asked about the carrots being glazed the waitress told me that the cook said they were glazed. So not only did they not prepare the food to the description in the menu they also lied about it. Manager did give me 50% off the meal but doesnt excuse the fact the waitress should have fixed the issue when I pointed it out.

Horrible! Wait staff was too busy with a couple of large groups to properly serve my son and I. Took 8 minutes to get drinks, and 7 to get refills. Spent the majority of the 45 minutes we were there without beverages. Food was less than stellar. Pancakes were raw. 5 of 6 bacon slices were overcooked and the 6th was not cooked. Also was told the black stuff on our bacon was kind grease from the grill, but then wad told there was no issue with my mushroom allergy because the grill was clean? Which is true, grease or clean? Told an employee about it, and all she had to say was a giggly sorry. Hadnt been to this restaurant in 5 years. Wont be back soon.

We were seated quickly which was surprising for around 10 am on a Sunday - however, the service after that was abysmal. We could often see our server standing by the kitchen doing absolutely nothing while we, and I can only assume her other tables, were wanting refills or something else. The food itself was garbage. It was cold when we received it. The country potatoes were undercooked giving them that crunchy potato grossness no one wants. The Biscuits were really good! The gravy for them - not very good. First time we have ever been there - last time we will ever go there. No wonder it was a half empty breakfast place at 10am on a Sunday.

My mother and i stopped in to eat and when we got our food order was not right i did not get my breed and my mother did not get any vegs and it was cold and some of it was even frozen and it took about 30 mins for us to get the food. I had ran out of tea and it took 10 mins or longer for it to be filled there were only a few other people beside us all the waiters were just standing around talking and we had overheard the people sitting next to us say there sweet patoto was still hard and not cooked very unhappy with this restaurant matter of fact this is the worst restaurant ive ever been to and will not be back.

The pies are not as good as the used yo be. Example: coconut cream pie is 30% coconut filling 65% artificial whip topping 3% crust and 2% toasted shredded coconut. Meals are still really good. The servers are sometimes moody, and need a lesson on job thankfulness and at least acting like they are glad to serve a customer. There are a couple that sometimes think you should feel privileged that they are serving you. They should take lessons from the awesome staff at The Hampton in across the street.

This was the worst Bob Evans I have ever experienced. They sat us in a booth next to one that was a mess, and there was also food on the floor (see photos). It stayed like that the whole time, even though there were sufficient employees plus a manager who could have cleaned it up. Waitress was slow to take our orders, no refills on drinks, food was not quite up to standards either. Also, they were out of quick bread and brought the wrong sauce for one meal. Very disappointed.

WOW! WOW! WOW! We were staying at the Motel 6 behind this location. I ordered 2 turkey dinners online for pickup, to eat in our room. It was so simple, fast and convenient. The staff was very attentive & friendly. A special shout out to all involved in the preparation of our meals. They were deliciously superb. Seriously, if youre staying anywhere near this Bob Evans & you dont indulge in their stellar online take out ordering system youll have missed out on real decadence.

I love Bob Evans. Theyre my new favorite restaurant and for price, lunch deals, and quantity of food, they won me over Olive Garden (theyre not the same anymore). Decided to try it out one day, and I left with a happy smile on my place. It was so good that my sister and I had to try the dessert, and they did not disappoint us. My sister LOVED the cherry cheesecake and I LOVED my peanut butter brownie sundae. The service was top notch and we will come come back for more. :D

The service at night is idiotic(with the attitude"why on the hell did you come,Im tired,I want to go home, like the other waitress, that just went home!")They dont listen what you are saying, you have to repeat several times and they still can ask you something, like they didnt hear you!(not like Im special,I think every customer is special, and in the morning waitresses are better, they hear you, they hear you maximum from the second time, they dont make grimaces at you!!)

Good food and pleasant surroundings. But if you are trying to plan your Thanksgiving dinner for a house full of relatives and wanted to order some of the side dishes from Bob Evans, and are trying to figure out from their web site what they have available and estimate the cost, much less actually place an order, GOD HELP YOU ! If you werent bald-headed before you will be after you tear your hair out from trying to make sense of it.
