Always had a great experience at Metro. You simply cannot find better food in Springfield - consistently great. The atmosphere is energetic and social, especially if you sit in the main room, but there are quitter areas in the back rooms if you prefer a more subdued environment. The service is very personalized as well and Ive always had a great server.

Simply the best! The food is always delicious and well prepared. The portions are big enough that I always need a box. The quality is out of this world. The staff is phenomenal, always attentive and knowledgeable about the food menu choices as well as a large variety of wines. As soon as I leave, I cant wait to go back. Best restaurant ever !

Went to Metropolitan Grill over the weekend and ordered a steak. Since this is suppose to be a nice restaurant I ordered the steak without any seasoning. Mine came out very very dry like leather and burnt! Tasted of charcoal... it was the worst steak I have ever had! I will not go back to this restaurant.

I love this place for drinks but since the menu changed last year, I dont go as often. I love creative food but too much stuff on anything just ruins the main dish, IMO. The atmosphere is fabulous. The service, superb. The menu leaves me desiring dinner elsewhere.

Unique menu, great atmosphere and delicious food! Love the fried spinach its a must have. The bread is amazing, cant get enough of it. Last time I had the lobster tail it was really good just wasnt that big of a main course. It is pricey but definitely worth it!

Every time we go my steak is perfect. If you havent tried it, I would highly recommend the Gaska. Make sure you call ahead because its hard to get into.
