If your looking for a good burger go down the road to Davids burgers or go to fried pie shop across from there. Its not worth the wait. Ive been here twice. First time, the wait was long for a server to help us but food was great. The second time we where seated for 15 mins and no one even got us drinks yet. It wasnt particularly busy. We decided to leave when a couple of people were sat 10 mins after us were waited on first. The hostess had to walk up to a group of workers standing around and ask them to help some one and one waitress said "Ill get them" and pointed to the group after us. We got up and left.

The Purple Cow is just your regular hamburger joint and it sits right across from a college campus bringing in the younger crowd. But, youll find an eclectic mix of college kids, families and oldsters. The staff is extremely welcoming and warm, the ambiance fun. The dessert menu offers an abundance of sure to widen your hips goodies, plus one aptly named Purple Cow ice cream...which is actually purple vanilla ice cream accompanied by sure to please your purple sweet tooth! Come on in, youll be tickled...purple!

Brought my children in for lunch and felt pretty unwelcomed by our server. Did not offer us dessert and when we ordered it she asked if she should pack it to go, making me feel rushed. Just rude in my opinion. Mediocre service. Had to ask for items, like refills, as we were never offered any. Mediocre burgers. Over priced for the quality of food. Good milkshakes though.

Horrible service! We just left because we sat for almost 20 minutes and not one person even took a drink order after I tried to wave down three waitresses. When I told one waitress why we were leaving I was met with the rudest attitude Ive ever seen in a restaurant. I tried to talk to the manager who just meekly apologized but offered no restitution.

Service was quick and they were so friendly! The food and ice cream was delicious! My 1 year old,who is very shy, was completely fascinated with our server. The manager that was there at the time even gave my car a jump when it wouldnt start and I was 50 miles from home and brought us ice water while we waited. Definitely cannot WAIT to go back!!!

The food isnt seasoned well, and I had a rude experience with a waitress. She swept trash in the direction I was sitting, and when I asked she not sweep trash in our direction, she left the trash in front of our table. The manager was quite apologetic, but that ignorant waitress needs to be reprimanded. YUCK, I will not be back

Wow is all I can say first time ever going very poor customer service the waistress was not courteous the fries was warm the chicken tenders were over cooked the salad was soft romane lettuce with tomatoes and they call that a salad and the mikeshakes got liquidity fast and the food is over priced we will never go their again.

My fred mushrooms were over done, service was terrible. Couldnt get our drink refilled, had to tell her when i wanted my purple cow twice, i had to ask for a spoo. To eat the icecream with. Burgers were decent but service is very poor. Not my first time here. Never have had good service.

I was very happy to hear that we were getting a Purple Cow in Conway. Its not convenient to schlep to the city every time one wants a purple shake. The place is clean and bright, as are the staff. The food is excellent, and the shakes and -cream rock.

We were there around 6 pm, it was very busy and service was slow and not attentive. I had the black bean burger which was tasty, with sweet potato fries which were okay. Would come here again but at a non peak time

Loved the classic cheeseburger with double chocolate milkshake. All the staff was friendly and the place was clean with a nice atmosphere! However the sodas were a little overpriced so we only got water.

Like the atmosphere - 50s diner vibe! Burgers are good, but Old Chicago has better burgers. The double chocolate shake had a weird wang to it. Service was awesome! Very happy and friendly server.
