WORST SERVICE EVER!!! We were here for 1 and a half hours. Most of that time was spent waiting. Waiting for a table when there were 3 with dirty dishes needing to be cleared. Waiting for a waitress to take our order. Had to get our own silverware from the counter. Didnt get drinks forever! Food took forever!! Waitresses kept disappearing in the kitchen. I had to go in the kitchen to ask for our checks. Was told computer was down. No one could hand write a ticket so AGAIN we had to wait even though we kept telling them we had to go. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! The food was not worth it!!! And they are under construction with LOUD equipment!!

I virtually never post, & for the food to be as good as it was I feel that I might be doing the owner wrong. I eat out for virtually all my meals & dont remember having felt so unwelcome. It seemed as though I was a task to overcome than a costumer who had other eatery options. When I politely asked for the manager she informed me that she was the manager. The problem was not that she was too busy, she let the hostess go home. I still suspect that she is unaware that the meatballs do indeed have sausage in them and will be interested if the owner replies. Visited on 3-30-17 at 3-4 pm.

The food gets 5 stars, the service gets 1 star. My family and I have eaten here a few times and the food is always amazing. The last time my husband and I ate here for lunch, the service was horrendous. Our server was rude and hateful in her attitude when I asked a question about what I ordered, then had the nerve to sigh and roll her eyes. She wasnt attentive at all. Next time we just made a to go order and the same girl sort of threw my bagged food across the counter at me. If we decide to eat there again, we will request a server other than Neely. The food is awesome though.

The food is always delicious and fresh. This is my favorite pasta place. My only complaint is the service! Heat rises, never put salad on top of hot pasta. My Greek salad was cooked greens by the time I got home which is only 5 minutes away. Always put salad on the bottom of the bag. Also, servers did not have change for a twenty. My meal was 33 dollars and no one had change. I am always one to give servers a $ tip because I worked in this industry but, after waiting an extra 10 minutes for change that was ridiculous. Make sure your servers have change when they come to work.

My wife and I came in for our Valentines Day lunch. The food was top notch and so was the service! Neeley was our waitress she did an amazing job. She was so polite, paired our wine perfectly with the entree that we ordered. She really knows her stuff and was able to explain the menu for us, my wife is legally blind and Neeley was so kind and patient. This was our first experience their and it couldnt have been any better! I will definitely recommend Bambinos to all my friends and family thanks and for a wonderful day!

I ussd to work at both locations of Bambinos. Great food for good prices. One of the only places I used to work that I would still eat at. The kitchens are clean the staff are mostly MSU students and management is always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. PS if you want low wait times avoid ordering long cook dishes such as Balsamic salmon/chicken, portabella ravioli, tortellini, and crab cakes. All of these dishes are made to order and will take a bit longer than red or white sauce pastas.

Terrible service? No, actually we didnt receive any at all. My family and I went here back in May around 4 pm. No one was at the front desk. After waiting for 7-10 minutes, we finally left because no one came to greet and seat us. There was someone making noise in the kitchen and could clearly hear us talking to each other and walking around but refused to come out from their hidey hole. Lesson learned. Only go to the original Bambinos near MSU.

I visit this place often with my son. He loves the spaghetti with meat sauce soo good. I like the seafood alfredo and thier paninnis are so delicious! Service is always wonderful, speedy, and polite. We enjoy sitting at the table for two, place inside this little nook all by itself.

Really nice food. Decently priced. If anything the ravioli was amazing (some say its the best in town). It was a busy time in the evening so we told the waitress to take her time with the food, she inturn thanked us with free tiramisu! They only have 3 or 4 beers (on tap) though.

After taking our order our waiter never returned. A different server came by and offered to refilled our drinks and brought our coffee, and after 30 minutes of waiting and never receiving our food we left a few dollars for the coffee and left.

Excellent food - never disappointed by their meals. This place can be crazy busy and have slow service sometimes. If you go when its super busy you can hardly hear the person sitting with you. This is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars.
