Cannot seem to get a decent service. I have been here a couple of times. This morning I came in and ordered a turtle frappe and two cookies. The gentlemen that worked there seemed to be new ( no big deal) he handed me the bag and he only 1 cookie in it and I let him know I paid for 2 but he corrected it right away and let me know where I could pick up my drink. So I stepped aside and waited for my drink... And waited and waited and waited. They were slightly busy so I thought they were behind. Nope I was wrong. The lady didnt even have on her screen that I had even paid for a drink. After about 15 minutes of waiting she asked me if I ordered something. Yes, yes I did. Then casually made my drink and took her time. I got there at 9:45 so I could be early to work at 10. I was late to work by 12 minutes. Its very convenient that it is really close to work but damn do they take there time

Although the food is delicious here I cant get past how bad the service is. I work close to here so I will frequent it on mornings when I have enough time. The people working the register to take orders seem upset that youre even there. And this is strange because this happens alot with many friends of mine as well. It seems as though the entire restaurant simply hates business. They also never have their "Open" sign on, and have closed on random days that are earlier than their hours say on the door. Another thing is, like another review said, they have gotten my orders wrong. Ordered a latte and waited for 10 minutes before I asked where it was, and they said I never ordered one. What? But...I did. So, to sum it up, they have good food, though the service really just makes me dread even going in. And thats weird, and obviously not right.

They have all day breakfast menu. Great place for a weekend brunch before shopping in the mall. Service was fast. But had a little bumpy moment ordering food. Its cafe style ordering here. Standing there for almost 5 min, staff passing by nobody paid attention until I called a female staff who was busy rubbing the espresso machine. She responded that she was cleaning the machine, and didnt want to help ordering until I showed my impatience... anyway, ordered salmon Crepe and green smoothie. Very well made savory Crepe filled with grilled salmon and artichoke. Great portion for the filling. Would come again if the service can be improved.

My first time at this place and most likely the last time. I would give it another try maybe in the future, but first I need to get the bad taste out of my system. Food was bellow every personal standard that I have. 4 of the 5 orders were mixed up. My personal order never made it to the table, I had to go to the register and get my receipt to show the food runner that she never delivered it. Crepes had no taste, no avocado in my paniny ... The place is very nice and has so much potential. Very European and modern. Like I said, I will go back to see if thing have changed.

Loved Nadoz when it first opened. The food was amazing, low calorie and quick. The quality started dropping consistently a few months ago, and after I found a curly black hair in my food, I never went back. I called to tell the owners about it, and they said it happens. Thanks, but Id rather have subway than hair in my sandwich, especially if they dont want the business.

Last week I ordered two chopped salads to go that were missing the egg then I came back and patiently waited for 20 min on my lunch break because they said they were down to one panini maker. My order came out wrong and my panini wasnt even toasted let alone pressed and my boyfriends chopped salad had no egg once again.

If you have nothing nice to say... I went here for lunch on a Saturday and had a sandwich based on recommendation from the nice lady taking our order, but boy was that sandwich nasty. Just plain nasty. Cold inside, warm outside, bread that was mush even though it had grill marks on it. So gross, just nasty.

Latte is not quite how I like it. Too strong. Danish was good. I was there on a Saturday morning & their tables are dirty & not wipe clean. There were 3 men in the kitchen area & a girl at the counter. Thwre were 2 customers sitting inside.

Nice variety of food for large groups. I got the bacon panini with a side of fruit which comes with a large variety! Their fresh juices and smoothies are amazing and not too overpriced.

I had the BRIOCHE FRENCH TOAST, I did not like it. Was dry and brunt nothing like what was on the picture they show. I do not recommend this dish.
