I was excited to have an all night coffee and donut joint come in, especially one with such variety and Id heard nothing but good things from Canadians. Maybe theyd even have chai lattes! It turned out they did, but when I ordered drive thru, only my chai showed up on the screen. Id also gotten a turkey club; and the gal on the speaker assured me that it was on her register. Got to the window and the staff were super nice, unfortunately it couldnt make up for the food. The chai was super bland; it tasted like hot frothed milk with just a bit of cinnamon accidentally spilled in. You could barely even taste that unless you were looking for it. Wasnt even expecting anything from the turkey club, but it was also bland, all you could taste was the bacon and a bit of tomato. Even the kettle chips were bland somehow! (How do you screw up kettle chips without burning them?) I was so underwhelmed, I actually checked to see if Bread Co. was still open, drove there and got a chai latte in the nick of time. The difference was night and day. I might come again to see if their donuts and lauded timbits are any good, but I doubt it. And I suppose you blame it all on being an American, and my "Mcdonalds taste" but Im actually very tired of Mcdonalds and from looking up Canadian reviews of TimHortons, they dont seem any more impressed.

I went there twice both terrible experiences. The first time they didnt have what I wanted so they talked me into something else and then charged me $2 more than what I originally wanted. Also part of my order didnt even get in my bag so I paid more for less. This was in the first week they were open so I thought I would give them a second chance today. The second time I didnt end up getting anything. I ordered a sausage sandwich with a ice coffee with mint chocolate in it. I got to the window and they said oh we dont have mint chocolate can we get you something else I said I guess Carmel so that person disappeared then a minute later another person came to the window and said well the sausage didnt get put in the oven yet so its gunna be awhile. I said you know what you dont seem to have any of the things I want so Im just going to leave. All he said at that point was okay. No sorry or is there something I can get you for your trouble or anything. One of the worst two fast food experienced I have had. I wont be going back.

Do not go there anticipating a streamlined experience. If you order something they dont offer, instead of letting you know so you can change your order, they just kind of decide what to make. Ordered a decaf cafe au lait with a pump of mocha syrup. Not a complicated order, and if they didnt know what a cafe au lait was, I could easily have explained (1/2 drip coffee, 1/2 steamed milk) I ordered that instead of a decaf mocha latte, since I was informed they dont offer decaf lattes. Have to order decaf being pregnant, didnt think it would be so challenging to get. I went here instead of starbucks or kaldis because it was en route to my job, and the sign says that they specalize in coffees. So I assumed that they would have the general offerings. I ended up recieving a decaf drip coffee. The coffee was hot. And it was cheapish. Thats about it. It tastes similar to free hotel coffee.

I love this place but I have to say something and I hope it does not come off as sexist. I often frequent this location late at night 1am after and whether I am ordering donuts or coffee, I get better service and quality of food from the female staff than if a male is working. For instance tonight, June, 8, 2016 around 1am I ordered two donuts, one was dry and the other was stuffed so tightly in the small bag that the icing had smeared off. In the past when two female workers who I love were there, they made two new donuts, filled them with vanilla cream, and re-iced them with fresh chocolate then put them in a box so as to not smear the icing. Same price. Way different product. Either way I love this place but I think all staff needs to get on the same page!

I have visited many Tim Hortons for over 2 decades (in Canada) and I just love the taste of their coffee; I order it double-doulble (two sugars, two creams). Their doughnuts are not my favourite, but I go there for their addicting coffee. After moving back to the states I was stuck with the usual Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts (the worst coffee), and St. Louis Bread Co. (Panera). They are all over in states close to the Canadian border and I expect they will flourish here as well. The service here is commensurate with other fast food type outlets in St. Louis (I have lived and visited restaurants in many large metropolitan areas in north America and St. Louis is at the bottom of customer service, so I dont have high expectations in that category).

After an extremely disappointing first visit shortly after the grand opening, I was set on driving the extra miles for another coffee and donut shop. But with the endorsements of the chain from friends I decided on a second chance. I am glad I did! It seems the enthusiasm of the area overwhelmed the store upon opening, but they have since ironed out the details and appear rock-solid. The drip coffee is rich and bold without being bitter (nothing like hotel coffee as other reviews claim). The pastry display was well stocked and well labeled. The dining room was bright and clean. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Perhaps after trying a breakfast sandwich or specialty coffee, this review will be changed to Loved it!

Good prices on tasty fast-food type breakfast sandwiches; certainly a step up in quality from the yellow arches breakfasts or the gas station grab and go hockey pucks. Coffee doesnt taste horrid; in fact, its not half bad, yet the fluffity-fluf drinks are extra heavy on the sugar - so get straight coffee and add on whatever you want from there. I hardly ever eat a doughnut, but when I do these make the grade for me. I used to only see these stores when I went east to MD or DE for the annual family pilgrimage to the ancestral digs ... but Im glad to see one closer to home because they are a rung above most chains.
HI
hi li
first time in tonight. Great atmosphere, good presentation of products. Staff was professional, pleasant, and took pride in their appearance. Did not care for the viewing selection on the wall television. Television was set to the show Cops, so whenever I looked up from my conversation, there was someone bloodied and beaten by police on the ground. Was very unpleasant. said something to the staff and they were happy to change to something else. Just seemed like a really poor viewing choice - have never been in any public dining establishment where the default viewing selection was police brutality.

Hello Gregory
Sorry Tim, but this was the most disappointing doughnut experience I have had in a long time. The chocolate glazed had a crumb like a muffin and it had a strange after taste. Sadly to say I have had better gas station doughnuts so I probably wont give you a second chance. The ice tea was just mediocre. Not sure if it was quality of the real brew leaves or what. They where kind enough to offer a refill, but no thanks. Also if I wanted a Starbucks experience I would just go to Starbucks, so why are they mimicking their atmosphere? I guess because it is successful, but again no thank you.
