It seems like the employees hear dont know how to make a chalupa. I love Taco Bells chalupas. But it seems like everytime I go here for lunch my chalupa isnt cooked. The shell is supposed to be grill pressed hot. Which gives it that flaky crunchy texture. Instead I get a cold damp thick flour tortilla shell and what is more like a thick soft shell taco. :/ Asked staff about it and they said and i quote "thats just how we make em ". Nice attitude...

The worst taco bell I have ever been to. Employees are all extremely rude. Tell me no I cant get something regularly because its an incontinence to them. The assistant manager even yelled at me this last time. I was tolerant thinking they were just ignorant teens but that crossed the line. Taco bell officially lost my business. Corporate really needs to take a look at this entire staffing issue manager and all.

This is my favorite Taco Bell. The employees at this location are always nice and friendly, even if the drive thru line gets a little too long during lunch. The food is Taco Bell (which is delicious) so align your expectations accordingly. The dining room is kept clean and trash is emptied regularly, so you dont leave with the gross feeling that most fast food restaurants cause.

I live in Kirkwood so this is the closest location to home. I have attempted to order food here 3 nights over the couple weeks. I now leave a comment because 3 times now I have arrived well before closing time at night and no one seems to be working. Lights are on but no one is home. This is not great for Taco Bells "Open Late" claim... go find a better location.

The employees are either indifferent if not downright rude. They do not follow their posted hours, often closing 3 or more hours early. They get items in your order wrong, especially if you modify the items in any way. I have waited 10 minutes to have my order taken, and 10 more to get my food. I do not understand how this place can stay open.

Its imperative the lack of respect to customers the crew on this location has. They all look like its a curse to be working there. Drive through empty, dinning empty, the Order wrong and missing an item. Crew member proceed to blame the team member who took the order. Like if i have to go and talk to her while shes in the back, lol.

Smh these people act like they want to fail in life smh. I asked for a quesadilla I said cheese at first but then changed to chicken or whatever and when I got it, it had half uncooked cheese slapped onto some bread smh. Then when I asked about it she said thats what it is. Boy Im heated I aint never eating that crap again.

Went to this taco bell an hour before closing, or at least before their posted hours. We sat in in the drive thru for 20 min. Then they shut lights off on us, as if we wouldnt notice.. and then on the drive pass I noticed 3 people inside, one of them bat winging me on the way out... today is oct. 27th, 2016. Bring rain.

My friend and I went through the drive through, ordered two drinks and mini chicken quesadillas and got beef, no straws and no napkins (which she cant eat) so we went back to get the correct order. They did so but when we checked there was also beef inside so of course we come back and they get an attitude with us

Drive thru employee stole my credit card. Called store and they treated me horribly. Called the Police and reported my card stolen. Police were able to find the employee. The wait in the drive thru was ridiculous(and only ONE car ahead of me), the cashier was indifferent and they were out of hot sauce! The tortilla on my burrito was even crusty on the edges. Wont be visiting this location again.

This location has really gone down hill. Stale nachos that are hard to bite through, tacos filled only 1/4 of the way full, cheese sauce that is way passed its prime. I dont plan on going back.

They ALWAYS turn off there lights early so people think they are closed. They also close early almost everyday + dont have a working screen so you dont know if they are up charging you.
