this is hands down the worst panera ive ever been to. the manager (misty) is incredibly rude not only to her staff but to the customers! a group of us were moved to different lines 3 times when trying to order. i then waited nearly 20 minutes for my order only for it to be missing 1 of my items all together. they were out of most of the ingredients but wouldnt offer me a discount. she then stormed off when i asked for one. they need new management and a complete overhaul if they want to stay in business...

One of the best Bread Companies in St Louis. Edited: Its been two years and I thought I should update this. This is STILL one of the best Bread Company locations in St. Louis. Clean. Service is good. Lines move quickly. Im not sure how to attribute it because this is probably the only location (and now Im going to jinx myself) where Ive never had a messed-up order. Or met a surly server at one point or another.

Cozy ambiance (theres a fireplace for chilly days), and always friendly service. Its close to middle and high schools, so beware of right after school hours! Like all Bread Cos, custom orders are about 50/50 chance theyll have your order correct. If Rapid Pickup, or ordering there as take out, do check your order before leaving!

I ordered the Greek Salad with Quinoa (half size)...dont waste your money. I basically paid $6 for a bowl of lettuce leaves. There wasnt even a tablespoon amount of quinoa and one kalamata olive. For the price of this food I am not recommending to order here.

Dont know what happened to the Bread Company, use to be good but the last visit/food was terrible over priced sandwich with very little meat some awful toppings, soup is always just warm. Will never go again

Bread was hard to chew, soup was really thick and tasted off, my apple was bruised, there were any public electrical outlets, and the wifi closed an hour before the store did.
