The two stars are really directed to the evening (9pm-11pmish) time. Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. They always have two to five vehicles waiting to place an order with no one from the speaker to the window (maybe one vehicle at the window waiting for their order). This is telling me its either poorly managed or poorly staffed on the evening crew. On the flip side staff is always nice and the food is both well prepared (well put together) and hot. Im thinking this may be a management issue because handling more than one or two orders at a time seems to be the issue at hand. Im actually surprised their rating is as high as it is. Hope something can change because Im going to start going to Steak n Shake next door where people in the drive-thru are managed better. Surely you shouldnt be getting Steak n Shake faster than Taco Bell.

This place offers pizza hut on the menu but every time i order it they say they are out or it will take a lot longer to cook and there is always a wait. Why offer it as fast food like the rest? I sat here today only because my son wanted pizza and my daughter wanted tacos. It took 25 minutes for a small personal pizza and that was after i had to go to the counter to complain. Will not be coming back here anymore. Same quality issues for years.

Been going here as a regular customer for quite a while. I really do enjoy Taco Bell and I like that its in a convienent place. Notched a star because Im the past few years the service has went down, especially the night crew. Other than that this place is pretty good to go to.
