Avoid at all costs. No drive-thru; ok, i can live without that an go into the store, but provide ample parking to accommodate for it. Waiting is understandable, but 25 minutes is a bit much (stop putting mobile ahead of me please). I asked for easy whip and easy foam in my latte (maybe I am crazy but I actually like my coffee and milk) but instead got half of the ordered drink as foam. I also asked for extra hot (baby its cold outside) and at best got semi-warm. On top of all of this, they managed to not even pronounce my name wrong when delivering the drink to the counter (penmanship is dead). Please read the directions on the cup; otherwise, what is the reason for me to tailor it in the first place.

Lady that took my order did not pay attention or act like she cared. Too busy talking to co workers, asked me to repeat my order twice and never made eye contact. I only ordered two drinks, one iced with raspberry and one hot. Both drinks they made were hot so I asked for the one that was supposed to be iced to be poured over ice. The lady instead remade the entire drink incorrectly - failed to include raspberry this time but it was iced. Bathrooms were filthy and staff was more concerned with their own drama than any of the customers. Would have given zero stars if possible - nothing about this experience enriched my life. I live about a mile away from this store and have given it many opportunities but am done. The service is horribly slow. I went in the store around 9:30am this morning and it took me a total of 20 minutes to order my drink and get it. Any time I go here the wait is unbelievably long. The only redeeming quality of this store is that they can usually make a decent drink, but that doesnt justify the extended wait. Just a side note, I worked for Starbucks for 3 years and never had a customer wait that long for their drink whether it be during a morning rush or in the evening.

No drive thru at this location. It looks like an old converted bank. They can make a flat white correctly which is more than I can say for most St Louis locations. I am updating my review to add that mobile ordering is basically useless at this location. They dont pick the mobile orders up (this has happened repeatedly in the past few weeks) and today I waited over 10 minutes before finally asking about my order. If I didnt bother to ask about my order, what would have happened? Not even an apology for ignoring my order and the other orders sitting there waiting.

tl:dr Coffee is good and accurate, food services need some organisation, hope you dont mind hornets Seemingly uncoordinated activities abound here. The Baristas do a great job. The food service employees randomly place food items, sometimes on the bar countertop, sometimes behind the counter. They just shout out a food name then drop it. Also, I shared my sandwich today with a hornet. Inside.

If a Starbucks doesnt have a drive thru, its usually a slow Starbucks. This place is a perfect example. Dont come here in the morning unless you have 20 minutes to burn. Its not the staffs fault. They do the best they can. But the place is short staffed. The owners would be money ahead if they make the bar bigger and got more employees in there in the morning.

Friendly staff. Drinks are as you would expect from any Starbucks. The building is clearly an old bank which gives it some charm and its not your typical cookie-cutter Starbucks that you see everywhere. Parking is a little difficult as is entry and exit to/from the parking lot. Overall a pretty good location, Olive @ Craig. 4/5 stars

Everyone calls me by name cracks friendly jokes. As far as speed goes. They do get busy, but I mobile order now and never is it a problem. But if you go during peak hours, what is there to expect. My only complaint is the parking can be hellish.

Open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, until 10pm all other nights. This is later than most Starbucks in the greater St. Louis area. Love the floor plan (it used to be a bank) and its one of the more cozy in the area.

Its a busy place, but if you place your order online using the app, its waiting for you when you get there. The staff is friendly. My only issue is with the tiny parking lot. I usually just park at the bank lot and walk!

This is like the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Maybe because it is too popular but add more staff in the busy morning time! I literally waited for 15 min for my coffee. Unbelievable.
