I ordered to go. When my bf got back with the food I discovered they had left our drinks off. We ordered muffins 3 banana nut and 3 Apple cinnamon. But instead I received 3 blueberry. I can not eat blueberry. So in the trash they go. So far out of 8 items ordered they have 3 correct. My bf burger fries and tots Im told were fine. However my peach pie waffle was disgusting. I was unaware you could make a waffle so tuff one needed a steak knife to cut it. But turns out you can. I know everyone likes their eggs different. But I believe it is customary for scrambled eggs to not be runny or gooey. My bacon was cooked correctly and tasted good. So in short out of 14 items ordered 7 items were correct and eaten. 50% of our order was either not received or so poorly made that I was forced to trash it. That is simply not exceptable. Not even mentioning that my bf first choice was not the burger and fries. When I ordered his first choice I was informed they no longer have that on the menu BUT our order taker thought she had put me on hold when she in fact had not and I heard her conversation with a fellow employee. They were discussing how to ring up his first choice. I then hear our order taker say "I dont know how to do that. Ill just tell her we dont have it." Seriously? Train your employees and teach them the importance of reading a ticket. Filling the ticket with what it says. Not with whats convenient for you. Will never be back to this location and probably not to any Perkins.

Went to eat dinner last night. We stood for 15 minutes waiting for a table to be cleaned off ( it only had 2 glasses on it) Then we sat for 10 till our waitress finally came to take our drink order. By the time we got our drinks we were ready to order. We ordered the mini chimis as an appetizer I ordered a country friend steak with a baked potato and glazed Carrots, my husband did the bacon egg and cheese melt. Needless to say we sat for 20 minutes waiting for an appetizer that I know only takes 15 to cook. Then began the wait for our food. 45 minutes after we had finished our appetizer. The waitress came to inform us that our food was taking so long because they had a party of 15 over on the other side of the restaurant. I strongly advise that if your hungry take your hunger to another establishment because this one has no clue how to serve people.

I remember coming here a lot when I was growing up and they always had good food and good service. Not so much anymore, went in with my fiance and had so so-horrible food, service wasnt too bad tho. Guess the big issue is the amount of vomiting after I ate. I know surely thats not that big of a deal, I mean 30-40 minutes straight of projectile body cramping toilet love is something Im sure we love experiencing, but what really did it was the insightful knowledge of the person answering the phone to address the issue. YOU WERE SO RIGHT!!! There is something going around..... my vomit made of YOUR food going around in your toilet, my toilet and my sinks drain.

I have slowly began to not like eating here anymore. The servers have always been nice. The kitchen does pretty decent. But the management!!! Ugh!!! The hostesses are NEVER up front when you walk in to greet you. Whats funny is tonight it seemed like the manager was the hostess tonight and it really wasnt that busy and we still had to wait a few minutes before she can waddling from the back. And then we had to wait for her to come up from the back to pay! Poor management.... your servers are the only reason why Ive came back. Do something about this waiting game with the hostesses or i will eat somewhere else.

As a rule, I dont typically care for chain restaurants. Perkins, however, is an exception to that rule! The food is always tasty and prepared correctly. The breakfasts are truly delish and the pancakes are fabulous, light and fluffy. The dinner menu is also EXCELLENT!! Best of all, I love the servers. Regardless of how good the food is, if the servers or service was sub par, I wouldnt come back. Ive never had a bad experience here. Um unless you count the fact the servers always "force" me to get pie! Ha-ha! Speaking of pie, theres always free slices of pie on Monday nights.... Just sayin!

My Fiance and I ate here at around 11PM on a weeknight and got eggs over easy as well as a couple of other things. Not 15 minutes after we got home, my fiance was VIOLENTLY ill and I was not feeling well myself. I was hopeful with the new menu they had, but was SEVERELY disappointed with it. When I called and spoke with a manager she failed to heed my advice that there was an issue either with the prepping of the eggs or the eggs them-self. If you plan on eating here, DO NOT order anything with eggs!!!! You will be sorry!!!! :(

This was our first and last time eating there. The food was okay, but there was a roach on our booth! Yug!! When we told someone about it they were like "no we have waterbugs." But my husband used to work for an extermination company and he was like no it is definitely a cockroach! The only reason this restaurant gets 2 stars is because the food was okay. Our server was alright and I had no problem with her. As a tourist/vistor, it didnt make me feel like the health department had done its job.

Perkins is a personal favorite for breakfast food, absolutely love breakfast food. Every Monday they give away a free slice of pie when you order a meal with them. If youve never been, you gotta check this place out on a Monday. Dont be intimidated by the possible wait you can encounter on a Monday also, theyll take care of you pretty quickly.

Went here, ot was super slow, waitress didnt put our order in, so we sat there for 40 mins, manager comes over, tells us what happened and says it will be out soon. No apology, offers a 10% discount for our trouble. I could hardly believe it. Great, 2 dollars off. What kind of manager are you. I couldnt even speak i was so angry.

Took my kids there on our weekly late lunch foray. We were sat immediately, waited on promptly & the food came lightning quick. This is quite significant when you have a 2 and 4 year old who are famished. The food had wonderful, distinguishable flavors, came piping hot & in huge portions. Well be back!

Been awhile now had not gone back in 2 yrs after my food poisoning incident , that seemed to be directly related after dining there. After having ate there for over 5 yrs. serving staff could use help in PR. Was a late night regular there . But am older and maybe my expectations are too high .

If your looking for a quiet place where you can visit and get good food options thus is a good place. Seems to apeal to older crowds but love to go there with family so we can actually hear each other. Everything I have ordered has been good. Staff pays attention and serves well.
