I called and ordered cupcakes the shape of a princess dress on a Tuesday. Gave all info to the girl I spoke with and scheduled pick up for Saturday. I get a call Sat morning stating they could not do that order. Obviously upset Bc my daughters 3rd bday party is the next day, I demanded to speak with a manager. Another girl is placed on the phone and states she is "the closest thing to it". I further demand to speak with someone who is the manager or owner. The owner calls me back and continues to tell me I have no reason to be upset and to calm down. She is now stating she can do what was originally asked but is rude, hateful and Telling me to calm down Bc I have "no reason to be upset". She then told me she wants me to call and pay 50% over the phone! After being told 3 different things about my order, I asked what she was doing to make it right! She continued to demand payment and I said, what happens if I get there and the cake I ordered isnt correct? She said, what are you doing to do about it?!? Bye Smallcakes. Ill run your name through the mud to EVERYONE I know. Youre overpriced and you have idiots working for you. Good luck with that franchise! ✌

I have been here twice. The first time was awesome, the cupcakes and ice cream were absolutely delicious. The second time I got a slice of butter cake for my friend and a cupcake for me. I was a little sad there was no ice cream the second time. When I got home I ate my cupcake but it wasnt very good, my friends butter cake however was amazing (she let me have a little). I think its because I went later in the day and maybe the cupcake was a bit stale? Ill have to give it a third try as a tie breaker.

We came in on a Wednesday night, there were plenty of cupcakes to choose from. We usually go to the Kirkwood, MO location. Always happy with the taste. My six year old son enjoys the Birthday cake cupcake. My only suggestion would be that there were some things left out like a ladder & signs not being used in the sitting/dining area that would make the place look nicer & the trash taken out since there was no one in there & since it is a more upscale place ;) The girl working was nice :)

Eh, these are very typical, super sugary cupcakes that most of the flavor is masked by. Nothing super great but they satisfy that craving for a cupcake. But the customer service tonight was pretty sub par. No "hello", no "have any questions", not even a "thank you" or "have a great evening" when I left. You work in a cupcake shop - one of the happiest places on earth! Would it kill them to smile and be chipper?

Didnt even go in, I called in to try and make a call-ahead order because I knew theyd be swamped for Valentines Day... she was rude as hell to me even though I was trying to accommodate for them being very busy. Called into the Parkville location and they took care of me right away.

Very tasty!! Wonderful selections. Only thing I would improve on is.... I wish that there could be a discount for buying in bulk (more than 4). I want to buy some for my class, but cant afford to pay full price for each. Love the place though!! :)

The cupcakes here are amazing, and almost too rich- its hard to even finish a single cupcake before becoming full. If you want cupcakes, this is your best option.
