So I went to this Qdoba location today because its closest to my residence. When I went around 10:30a, the door was locked but the sign said they opened at 10a. I called the restaurant to ask what time they opened and to inform them the door was locked and people were waiting outside. The woman on the phone seemed annoyed that I would even call. Then when she unlocked the door, I didnt get an apology and she looked pissed that I was even there. When I got to the front counter to place my order, the girl who took my order was not welcoming at all and also acted standoffish. Sorry for bothering you with my business!! Also, this particular Qdoba is always a mess. Trash is overflowing, the soda fountain is filthy with old soda splashes and the spout is grimey, food all over the tables she condiments counter... every time I go to this location, Im disappointed by the lack of friendliness from the staff and how dirty the restaurant is. This location just sucks. Im going to start going to other locations instead.

The food and service was disappointing compared to other QDOBAs I have been to! It was 45 minutes before closing and they had no white rice. The sever was literally scraping the bottom of the barrel" of several items including guacamole and brown rice. The rice was so hard I couldnt even chew some of the pieces that almost broke my teeth!!! The young lady that served me do so in a REALLY unprofessional and unfriendly manner. She was inattentive and sloppy. Another employee answered the phone after both of them argued over who was going to answer the phone. It turned out to be the young ladys mother, and the other employee and the young lady had a three-way conversation between them and the young ladys mother, all while myself and other people waiting to be served!!!

I have been to 20+ locations. This is the worst so far. There were 8 booths, 7 stayed dirty our entire visit. There were many other tables dirty with no effort from the 4 people working. The cashier was pleasant(young light toned woman). The guy that made our burritos had no clue how to actually wrap them. Then I asked him to make a CHILDS quesadilla. He made a regular quesadilla....then corrected it by making me wait for him to cook a new childs quesadilla. There was a second man that came to help...he was pleasant as well(had rock revival jeans on). My biggest problem is the lack of cleanliness. It became unsettling that they had 0 customers for periods where they could have cleaned the dining area. We will NOT return to this location.

Gross. Gross. Gross. I mean wow. This is literally one of the worse kept Qdoba or restaurant Ive ever been to. I dont think one inch of glass has ever been cleaned in months. Last time I was there an employee was wiping around all the food with what looked like a dirty dish towel and the food and nasty water was falling right into the good food. I was about sick. The employees hardly even acknowledge you. If they spent half time working instead of acting a fool this place might be out. I was absolutely appalled from my last visit. Avoid this location.

Night crew is no good. Rude attitudes, male workers flirting with female coworkers while ignoring me, attitude while making my food. I used to love this location for an evening meal but the ball has been dropped the last 3 or 4 months. Also very stingy with food in naked bowls now and hastily slapped together. Lunch time is fine but beware evenings.

Very quick service, even during the lunchtime rush. My order was placed online and always ready when I arrived, still hot. The ingredients are fresh and I feel good, even after eating a big meal. Friendly people working there and good variety of meal choices. Gets crowded and busy during peak hours, but thats because its a popular, quality option.

Came here around 8:30 pm for a late dinner and the people were great! It was late but they were happy to serve us food. It all tasted great except that the vegetables had pockets of salt, and other than that was rather bland. Whoever sauteed the vegetables needed to mix it better. The rest of my taco salad was awesome!

I was literally just told that the restaurant was too busy to take an order over the phone. I was told that I would have to place it online. Last time I placed an order online, they never saw it on their computer. I was late on my lunch break getting back to work. Point Taken Qdoba. Chipotle it is...

The employees clearly dont want to be there and they are not happy to see you. Seems like all Qdobas are this way, must be a terrible place to work. The food is ok, but chipotle is much more flavorful and fresh tasting. We went because of a a BOGO coupon. Will only go again if bribed with another coupon.

Came here for the 1st time after leaving my doctors office. Cane during the lunch rush and was happy with my order and service for the most post. The only glaring observation was that all the employees were Black and they served a mostly white clientele. There were probably three Black patrons.

Kitchen prep area looked like it had been very busy although there was no traffic during my visit. Beverage area also in disarray and sweet tea dispenser needed refilling with top not secured. Tables along south windows had not been cleaned by staff. Food was the only positive.

great service. they focus on making the customer happy. food is always fresh. Ive been to multiple locations, this location far exceeds the others with their customer service. Compared to Chipotle, I believe Qdoba meat have more flavor. And the sides avaliable are a lot more.

Hit or miss service! 2-3 times,I have picked food during the night time (9-10pm) and it doesnt taste fresh. During the day time, it is fresh. Pro Top: If you are going there during the weekday day time, go there before/around 11:30am to avoid the huge lines.

Qdoba, owned by Jack in The Box, is a fattier version of Chipotle, unlike Chipotle who masks their grande amount of calories, Qdoba embraces it. This location is always steadily busy, and is for the most part clean.

Employees are not at all trained n not atall listen to customer. Brown Rice is bad and quality is ridiculous ans quantity is less compared to other Qdoba. Never ever visit again even im starving
