I loved it until incident happened. Food is great but Manager at Creve Couer location is HORRIBLE! I had company dinner because I recommended here since I had been loyal customer for this restaurant. Waiter accidentally dropped the dished behind me and I was covered all over by soy sauce. My shirts, jackets, skirts and bag. My business meeting is completely ruined. I expected Manager dealt with this situation but waiter just gave me Managers business card and I need to contact him later, so I did. At that night, no treatment at all. Next day I emailed him, NO reply. In 2 days I emailed, called and left him message, NO reply. In 3 days and 4 days, I did same but NO reply. in 5 days, finally I could not wait for dry cleaner anymore so I went to dry cleaner and also called restaurant TWICE. NO reply. Third time I called and really angry in 6 days, finally I received email telling me restaurant takes care of my dry cleaner bill. Unfortunately condition of bag is way too bad and cannot be dry cleaned (according to store) so I had to throw it away. So I told Manager and ask him similar value of bag (brand bag!) and he refused to take it. Also he told me he cannot take my receipts vi email or mail. I live an hour from restaurant!! and it is NOT my fault at all. You should come an get them or let me mail to you or you should get my clothes WITHIN a week after incident instead of ditching loyal customer. I passed all information, card payment information, exact time we paid there! Oh by the way today:I received email from manager is 20 days after I visited the restaurant. Unbelievable. Hope none of customers important night will not be ruined like this!

-Hostess was extremely rude with absolutely no people skills (Almost walked out because of her lassitude and crassness) Server Luna was fabulous, detailed oriented, knew how to pair food, and extremely descriptive. Service was slow starting off, but her personality and food knowledge was what made her thrive. Starters - warm seafood sampler was good, crab cakes, calamari, and shrimp scampi were tasty. We were not impressed with the main dish. The fish was from a methodological standpoint cook with precision and the quality was great. But their food was bland, lacked seasoning, and tasted like something you would make for a retirement community. For 27-35 dollars a plate I should be able to get a sauce on my fish or having seasoning. -Clam chowder lacked clams, mainly potatoes. Tomato Salad with Basil Ice Cream was FABULOUS! -Dessert was small and not impressive half way melted ice cream and not one that was described on menu. Cappuccino was one of the worst ones I EVER had. Tasted like watered down decaf coffee not espresso horrible. Not sure if I would go back or not. I am a veteran in the service industry with over 20 years of experience in a combination of BOH and FOH.

My dad took me here for my birthday lunch. I cant say enough about our wonderful server, Filipe. He went the extra mile to make my day special. It was so lovely out that we just had to sit outside. Facing Olive, it was a bit noisy, though it didnt bother us a bit. The food was spectacular. Ive never had crab cakes as delicious, and the lobster bisque was poured over lobster chunks--a nice touch. My spicy tuna sushi was the freshest Ive ever had, and my dad loved the trout. We were so stuffed that we took dessert to go, however, Filipe brought out a cookie with a candle as a small treat to enjoy right then. I look forward to enjoying the dessert later, and to coming back to Bristol soon.

Ordered a cup of clam chowder and the seafood mixed grill. Complimentary biscuits were brought around, warm but a little on the dry side, but a very melty butter helped moisten the biscuit. The chowder was excellent, bacony. The seafood mixed grill came with salmon, scallops, shrimp, and a crabcake accompanied by asparagus and mashed potatoes. A garlicky remoulade and mango tartar served as accompaniments. Salmon was great, mashed potatoes and asparagus were well executed. The scallops were a little on the puny side and they and the shrimp were almost overdone. The crabcake was something to write home about. Wow. I wasnt expecting a real crabcake, loaded chock full of crab meat.

As a pescatarian I eat a lot of fish and seafood, which is why I could really appreciate Bristols. The food was fresh and everybody at my table was very satisfied with their food and the service. The prices are pretty reasonable if you are going out for a nice dinner, and especially if you sign up for their emailer (we went for the forth and got $20 off our meal.) The service was great. Heres the thing, if you want cheap seafood, go to Captain Ds but if you are a person who eats at Red Lobster or some place like that, spend the extra few dollars (it is really only an extra few dollars)to go to Bristols and be treated to fresher food, better service, and no "Lobsterfest" feasters.

At there on 6/24 with a large group of family. Not impressed. We had a reservation, still had to wait. It was extremely loud and extremely dark. All the women in our group had to use the flashlight app on their phones so they could see the menu. My mother n law had to turn off her hearing aids due to the obnoxious level of background noise. The food was ok, but the cheapest meal on the menu is $24 and I cannot fathom why, as Red Lobster is twice as good for half the cost. My brother n law had a beer, took 3 tries to get him the kind he wanted. Over priced and underwhelmed. Would I go back? Maybe, as long as Im not paying, and I know Five Guys is right across the street.

My husband and I came here for their Easter Brunch, not having been here before wasnt sure what to expect, BUT we were Pleasantly surprised. Our reservations were for 3:15 and when we arrived at 2:55 we were seated immediately. When we told waiter it was our first time here, he gave us a brief description of the high overall rating they had and where the buffet sections could be found. Our waiter was very attentive without being overly so, in filling water glasses, picking up empty dishes, and answering our questions. It was a VERY pleasant dining experience and my husband and I talked about returning soon. Thanks Bristols for a GREAT Easter brunch!

By far, the best restaurant Ive been to in St. Louis. There are some fine dining spots around town, but this one blew me away. It isnt everyday dining prices (i.e. Applebees) so expect to pay $70 and up. The menu was plentyful, the atmosphere wasnt overally snub, and the waitress was terrific. All in all, one of the best dining experiences in STL for me. There arent too many bad choices on the menu (if any at all). My wife enjoyed her crab cakes almost more than any restaurant weve eaten on the coast. Light and fluffy, not greasy and fried. Lobster mac n cheese is just dangerous...stay away, youll be hooked!

Our waitress was slightly over booked. She was very friendly though. I personally dont like their biscuits, but my husband does. The calamari and seafood mixed grill were good. When they offered top box up my husbands dinner and my husband said he didnt want to take it with the waitress noticed how much was left and asked Id there was something wrong with it. He said he wasnt a fan of the fish. She had the manager come see us and they handled it very well. They were both very concerned that he wasnt pleased. We will definitely be going back.
