AFC/NFC championship evening... Self seating and after 20min waitress came up to us and asked how long we had been here (we werent ready to order yet so no big deal). Waitress was nice and prompt at first but seemed to have difficulties at our neighbor tables who seemed very discouraged at the service quality from the time we arrived. Ordered an app... 10 min later(an optimal app delivery time) and the "manager" served the app with a slam on the table and immediately took off. Moments later, he set down plates and immediately left as I tried to gain his attention by saying "EXCUSE ME SIR". No cordial acknowledgement or explanation for the rash gesture. Let it go as our waitress took our order 10 min later. Burgers came out in a timely order but ordered medium and medium well. Came out rare/med/done/hockey puck on each. First bite rare etc... Notified waitress and she immediately sent the passive/aggressive manager over who moderately tried to explain away his abrasive actions, poor service, and improperly cooked burgers. I told him we were going to spend our evening and money elsewhere due to poor service. He removed the inedible entre order but not the app or sodas/drink. Will never go back and strongly discourage any patron from vising this venue. Manager needs to be eliminated and waitress/cooks need training. Second biggest money making night of the year for a bar and the staff acts like this. Not a good trend. Fries were AMAZING though!

Honestly I generally like the food. I have gone here a number of times. I swear everytime I have gone there it has been moderately busy to packed. The servers seem to be doing a good job. What upsets me is some days the place is packed and the servers are running all around trying to help people. One time I was missed and had been waiting for a while. I noticed the manger or owner ( I hope owner) with black hair, sitting down at a table eating and throwing back drinks. Are you serious?! I swear it seems like more than half of the employees just drink all the time. Speaking of all the other times I go there it takes a long while for my drinks to come when sitting at a table. I have also sat at the bar to know the problem! Its the bartenders. This girls are rude, and only care about whos buying them drinks. First off what job allows bartenders to drink as much as they do? They do not do their jobs, when it comes to taking care of drinks. Long story short I have stopped going to the Post, and recommend no-one else goes.

You cannot go wrong with The Post. It is the best place in St Louis to watch a sporting event. They have lots of TVs with different games on them. The servers are nice and friendly. The bartenders are awesome. Sage, Brent, Emily and the rest of the crew will make you feel right at home. The managers are always visible and making sure you are being taken care of. You also cannot go wrong with the food. They have a great menu. My personal favorites are the Cheese steak and pizza. They have a large beer selection of good brews and their cocktails are reasonably priced. This is my favorite place to hang out with friends and family.

Came here a couple times before and had bad service. Hubs and I decided to try it out again, same bad service, not even busy there. Had to look for the waitress a couple times to get condiments, refills, and our bill. The 3 waitresses that were working were at the bar flirting and talking to drunk guys most of our visit. Not sure who was supervising, everyone definitely needs more training. Another customer who had just shown up before we left told us the service sucked there. Will not be going back again. Food was OK, but definitely not worth going back for.

They have good food, and there are lots of TVs for any game you want. However, the beer is over priced and they dont have much in the line of drink specials. The wait staff is pretty bad. Just had a guy in our group ask a different waitress for water, she walked over to another waitress and complained about having to get water for him. I try to avoid coming to either of their locations, i know places to go with better beer specials, food thats just as good if not better, and just as many TVs.

Located on the lower parking area, the Post is like many sports bars. T.V.s line the walls with all kind of sports showing. We went during happy hour, so certain appetizers we $5, and they run a food special for $5 also. The service was fast and the food good and the check was reasonable. It was not very crowded when when went on a Monday evening. I prefer going to the Post over Buffalo Wild Wings any day. Even when they are crowded the service if much faster than B.W.W.

Walked in and touched the shuffle board, and the bartender started freaking out. He was saying he wasnt going to serve us after "what you just pulled." He said go get a table and wait for a waitress, so we just opted to leave. this was on 6/17 around 9. If you like rude bartenders this is the place for you.

I really enjoy this place for watching sports (of course!) and their late night happy hour. There is always an array of games on and they dont mute the volume in the main screen, which adds to the atmosphere and means I dont have to read the subtitles. The shuffle board is also a lot of fun!

My wife and I love The Post, and make frequent trips out here. The calzones are delicious and you get a lot of food with your order here. Keep an eye on the specials, every day of the week has something going on that makes it worth trying some new items on the menu.

As far as sports bars go, this is a good one. The walls are covered with TVs, there are lots of beers on tap and the food is pretty good. I tend to stick with the appetizer menu, which goes on sale during happy hour. The post its are great as is the Buffalo dip.

Food is pretty good, but its kind of hidden from the main road. You would only know its there if you lived in the area. The place is rocking during the post season for any sport. I think Im going to see if they want to throw an unoffical Chive meetup. KCCO.

The last time I was at the post, the waitress was not attentive at all. She walked past the table without saying anything and looking away. She was sitting with another table like she owned the place. The bartenders are all pretty and

Cane with a group our waiter barely cane to our table and was sitting in the corner talking to her friend the whole time. Drinks didnt get refilled. And the bottom of my pizza was black and burnt but the dough was still uncooked.

Great spot for lunch! Everyday they have a different "Johnnys daily deal" lunch special for $5.99. They also are a great hangout on the weekends and during games. Great happy hour prices on food and drinks. Its my go to spot!

Great place to watch sports. Love the baseball and hockey games to watch on the HD screens. Wings are awesome and beer is always cold. Manager Joe always makes sure we are taken care of. Staff always friendly .
