Went there after the lunch rush on a saturday around 2:30. All of the workers were rude. Two employees even bickered with one another over what my daughter ordered. All tables were covered in food, dirty napkins and plates with only 2 tables being occupied by customers. I had to clean my table so my family could sit down. An employee sat outside the entrance door smoking while others stood around behind the counter waiting for other customers to arrive. At one point, before a girl finally emptied the trash cans, there was a second trash can pushed out too the side of the over flowing trash can that was inside the bin. An extremely high stack of metal pans, At least a foot high, was on top on the trash area. I could see all of this being ok if it was busy and they were short staffed, but to have so many employees sit around while customers have to clean their own tables is ridiculous. Management needs to change the direction of this crew. Ive only eaten there once, and that will be the last.

Sunday 3/26/2017 3 p.m. Usually have good experiences at this place. Yesterday was pitiful. Stood there for several minutes without being greeted as the staff moved like January molasses. After getting our food and a piss poor attitude, looked around to sit and EVERY table was gross. There were maybe four tables occupied and every other surface was disgusting. The lady at the register watches me wet a napkin and wipe off a table then proceeds to go sit and talk with (presumably) her boyfriend. Sitting at the table we are stepping on all kinds of meat because the floors were filthy as well. This was not during a busy rush. This is down time when you are supposed to clean up. Clearly, who ever the manager on staff was does not know what they are doing as their staff is slow, lazy, and unfriendly and their restaurant was a filthy pigsty. Get it together guys. Wed hate to remove this place from one of our frequently patronized restaurants.

i come here pretty often and usually the workers are super nice, and the food is always delicious! i went in about 5 minutes and the girl was SO rude to my sister. we said we didnt want cheee on our nachos (we cant eat cheese) and she proceeded to put the queso on. when we explained we didnt want cheese she replied "are you f****** serious." and then didnt ask if we wanted rice or beans, then threw our orders in a bag, which are now leaking everywhere. i will not come back to this location because of this worker; i would rather drive to highway K then get treated like that again. they were also out of gaucamole which wasnt the girls fault but had a huge attitude about it!

Looking for a quick spot for lunch, Qdoba has it covered! When you have restrictions that make picking lunch spots a little more difficult this place allows you to add or remove any toppings to meet your needs. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your requests. Even during the busy part of the lunch rush I was able to walk in and sit to eat within 5 mins. I decided to edit the vegi bowl to make a vegan bowl with all the vegetables and non dairy toppings I could. I have a delicious basically fajita bowl. I would recommend this to anyone that is quite particular of what they want in a burrito as you have all the control in your fillings. Happy eating!

There Queso Sauces R great, but there service leaves something to be desired. I ordered a Nachos w/ chips on the side, they gave me maybe a 1/4 of a bowl of Queso w/ all my toppings mixed in for a bag of Tortilla Chips & then our side cups of salsa & Queso sauces were only 1/2 filled. U pay almost $30 for service like this?? Ill have to try another location, because this location leaves something to be desired.....

Ordered a bowl and got baby scoop of rice. Then decided not to order steak and got baby scoop of chicken. Usually I order double steak but their scoops are like half order. The Florissant one gives you bigger scoops but has long lines. Thats why I tried this one. Doubt if I will be returning for another baby scoop of food.

They had no queso and the guacamole tasted TERRIBlE. For the first time ever I didnt finish my burrito and I couldnt throw it away because the trash can(s) were overflowing...oh and Im currently listening to my roomy puke his guts out from the chicken he got from there Less then 1 star

Dont let this location tarnish your thoughts on Qdoba, however, the St Charles location we visited today was very dirty in both the kitchen and dining areas. They were also out of some popular choices. I dont recommend this location unless a few things are corrected.

Food was great as usual. The manager was a little aggressive towards an employee...and it made the visit a little awkward. Other than that no issues. It was clean....some things were not stocked (i.e.) menus at the beginning of the walk toward the counter.

The prices were decent but I was impressed by the large servings they offered. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was excellent plus everyone was very nice! I wish to return back in the future because I love Mexican food anyways

Since this store has been redone, it looks really nice and modern! Its clean and the workers are fast! I like that theyre on the corner of the building theyre in - it makes it easy to get in, get your food, and get out.

The staff is always friendly. This is a great place to get what you want and they dont charge if you want extra guacamole or other toppings. My wait is no longer than 10 minutes from line, order, amd pay.
