Im not going to go to this location anymore. Dont expect to get your food in a timely fashion. It seems like theres always people training, and not being supervised by more experienced cooks. The gal that served us tonight had no idea what ingredients to put on their seasonal nochos and completely missed me asking for tacos and started on another customers order. The only reason I didnt make a fuss about it was because there was a long line behind us, and Id already got nochos. But seriously, as a person who works in a restaurant, its irritating when I see people moving in such a lazy pace. To finish, Qudoba, you need a menu test for your new hires.

I am a fan of the Qdoba chain but this store has declined significantly in customer service, cleanliness and quality of food. Ive visited this Qdoba frequently over the last 10 years. The staff was pretty stable, friendly and attentive to cleanliness. However, when I went today there was only one familiar face and it was a young lady who was new the last time I went in. The young lady who took our order was very unpleasant and terse. The restaurant was filthy. What a shame... I dont plan to return. I usually attach pics of food to my reviews, however this time Ive attached a pic of the garbage under the freezer/drink machine.

My first and last experience can only be described as a disaster. The chicken? Gross. Its texture says "processed" despite claims to the contrary. The fajita veggies were raw. And I mean still extremely crunchy. Thats just gross. Everything is pretty tasteless and the burrito size was disappointing. Tiny in comparison to a burrito from chipotle, even without rice and beans. I took one bite and left it there.

Terrible location. Customer service is awful. They dont thank you, dont hand you your food or receipt. This is my experience on every time Ive been there. Ive called and spoken to the manager in hopes of them improving and literally nothing has changed. Last time found plastic in my food as well, will never re visit. Florissant location is way better.

Slow service but good food. The service was a lot better. But it died off drastic. Maybe it was an off day but they all seemed lost and it was disturbing and actually against code when the lady had her toe hanging out of her shoe... she might need a raise so she can buy new shoes... good food.

Overall the food is good, but the portions seem to continue to shrink. Even with a line, the service is fast and at its worst, you may have a short wait. Bonus point for them having the coke machine that allows you to self flavor your fountain drink.

Filthy and unhygienic - the folks were nice enough but the people behind counter leaning over the food werent wearing hair nets (two girls with big hair-do) and tables were sticky. Let me just say I love qdoba but this specific store should be a pass.
