Amazing food, friendly staff. I have to give 4 stars because the service was so slow compared to my other visits at their Wentzville location. There was approx 10 people in front of me and I stood in line for a good 35 minutes before ordering. Then another 10 minutes for the pizza to cook. I will say the pizza was superb though. The wait time wont deter me from coming back. UPDATE: I went back to this location again and the same thing happened. Very nice staff and excellent food but the wait is crazy! There were 4 people in front of me with 1 pizza order each, and it took 12 minutes for me to reach the order counter. Right before I could state my food order, a phone call order came in and I stood there and watched as 7 call-in phone orders were made before my order was taken. WOW! NOT COOL! I understand the call in orders have to be made but theres gotta be a better way. TIP: My parents arrived late to meet me and there were approx. 12 people in line. I knew from experience that was atleast a 30 minute wait so guess what I advised them to do? They sat down with me in the restaurant, called in their order by phone, and we sat there and watched as their order was created before everyone in line. It was ready in about 5 minutes! Although this is a clever hack, its not right. Mod Pizza has to figure out a better order process.

Had a great time during our first visit to Mod. Staff were excellent in helping us understand the system and great at going along with some of our crazy requests (I made my pizza in four quarters to try different flavor combinations). Essentially, Mod is the Subway concept with pizza. Pick your size and build up everything from there. Once completed, the pizzas only take a few minutes to cook and Mod even offers finishing dressings to go on top once out of the oven. If pizza (especially thin crust) isnt your thing, the same ingredients can be turned into a custom salad. I was also surprised to see a selection of bottled and draft beers available, but even more excited about the milk shakes (which well definitely try on our next visit). The Cottleville location is on the south end of the Schnucks shopping plaza at the corner of Hwy N and Mid Rivers. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and can accommodate large groups. If youre in the area and jonesin for some make-your-own pizza (or salad) stop in and check this place out!

This place is great!! Everyone can custom order their pizza or salads the way they want it! Its kind of cross between a Subway and Papa Murphys Pizza. Mod Pizza offers Gluten Free pizza dough and Dairy Free Cheese! Ordered online. Waited the time I was told only to arrive to find my order hadnt even started yet. They said they would start immediately and make it. I then waited twice the prescribed time before approaching counter. I noticed three boxes next to the grill to find that they were my order and had been there for over ten minutes. They apologized again offered to make fresh ones. I had already waited an hour and told them to refund my money. They were shocked and felt that I was putting them out. My opinion of this is its a bunch of wanna be hipsters running a business that is extremely competitive. They had seven people making what one person could do and were still screwing orders up. No thanks!

My husband and I have been in a few times, really impressed with the topping selection and what you get for the price! We have different pizza preferences, so this is great for us. Staff is always friendly too. Today, they went above and beyond. My husbands pizza crust was a bit burnt, not even enough for him to notice or say anything about, and they brought over another new pizza at no extra charge! Now he has one to take home. :)

I am extremely allergic to dairy (to the point it could kill me without fast enough medical treatment). The staff was unbelievably patient with me and went out of their way to ensure that my pizza was safe and I could eat here. I dont get to eat out very much because of it and its nice to know I have a place I can go to eat out and Ill be taken care of without grumbling or complaining.

Tried this place on a whim. I enjoyed the gluten free crust and my wife had the regular crust. This place is essentially the Subway of pizzerias. Tons of toppings and additions to chose from, almost overwhelming. Alas we enjoyed both pizzas though each crust had some, but acceptable, charring. Perfect 11" size for a nice and filling meal. Enjoyable and will return.

Pretty much a Chipotle with pizza. Good ingredients. I had a pizza with roasted red peppers, red onions, and roasted asparagus in addition to the normal pizza toppings. The MEGA pizza wasnt what I expected, it wasnt a bigger pizza, it was a double decker. Probably wouldnt do that again, but the single layer was good. Also, they had wine and beer on tap!

So thrilled they stay open until 10 p.m. now as it gives me the ability to leave work and take THE BEST PIZZA in St. Louis home! When they closed at 9 it made me sad as thats when I get off of work. Great staff, great service, great prices and good fountain Coke! Cool music too. Id build an apartment above them if I could.

I use to be an pest control tec for the company that does the preventive pest control which is law in restaurant business in Mo well MOD is one of the few nice clean kitchens in all if Stl Mo and greater Stl area by far Service is great place is neat place to go with friends or family or by yourself . Food is like the best

We go to Mod Pizza often and absolutely love it! They have Daiya Dairy-Free cheese and make a superb pizza with it that my children and I love. All of the veggie toppings are fresh and delicious. On and they also have the BEST ice ever for fountain drinks. Thank you Mod Pizza!

Ordered the Tristan, "mod" size. As I walked by the fresh ingredients and saw the roasted garlic cloves and bleu cheese, I had to request those as add-ons. Delicious pizza. The crust didnt quite compare with a true Neapolitan-style crust, but it was still tasty.

The only problem I have with MODs is they close too dang early. I get off work at 9:30 and they close at 10 everywhere even the one by Lindenwood University. I dont get it. Its pizza. Who doesnt want a pizza after 10 pm.? Heck Ill come work I love it so much.
