I have visited this Olive Garden many times for many years. It sure isnt what it used to be. This was likely the last time Ill eat here. The service was terrible. From spilling water and ice on my table (splashing on me slightly and an apology would have been nice) while refilling my glass, to not offering any cheese on my salad, to asking me if Im paying with cash or credit when Im only half finished with my entrée (I guess dessert is out of the question), not to mention never being asked "Hows the food?" or "Does everything taste okay?" Who is training these people? My server is showing pictures on her phone to the table next to me. Servers not giving me the right of way as Im trying to leave, as they practically run me over, carrying their trays of dirty dishes, headed toward the kitchen. Speaking of dirty dishes, my server left a tray full of them sitting on the tray stand, unattended, right next to my son for a considerable amount of time, roughly ten minutes. This isnt to speak of all the other less than professional experiences I witnessed at other tables. Consider this a warning, if you still choose to patronize this establishment, do so at your own risk. Ive learned my lesson.

Worst service I have EVER had in my life. I walk in with my boyfriend and there are three employees standing at the front door and not one greeted us. We stood there for almost five minutes and finally I asked if we seat ourselves? One lady replied back to me with an attitude "Uh no didnt you just see her sit someone" Oh okay well I was unaware because not one person greeted me to let me know! We sit down and order our food. Our salad comes with side plates and my boyfriends plate was FILTHY! He waits for ten minutes for our server and finally goes up to another sever and tells her his plate is dirty and can he get a clean one? She replies "No Im not your server" He sits back down we never get our breadsticks the waiter comes and throws a plate on the table and doesnt even apologize or say a word to us. The entire staff had an attitude with us it was just an awful experience we ended up leaving before our food even came out. On the way out we told our server we were leaving which to she replies "Okay". Not even asking us why we are leaving or if she can make our time better she just let us leave. Save your time and money dont eat here!

So Sunday afternoon/evening must be a very popular time here. I brought my mother and her husband here for dinner, arriving at 5:00. Was told the wait was about 15 min so we stayed. It was 30 min but the kitchen was already backed up and I could hear the hostess telling people they could sit in an area that was open seating. They put us in a room that was insanely loud. My mother was miserable and we should have left. Instead I listened to her gripe for another hour. I had to get waitress attention for drinks and salad refill because entree slow in coming. There was also a slight oder of unknown origin. A manager stopped by to greet us and asked if everything was ok. When I mentioned we were very uncomfortable with the decibel level, he said we in the loudest section and it was hopeful that the remodeling in progress would improve that. I also felt that we may have been overcharged. There was a special that we thought we were ordering but it wasnt entered as the special and due to loudness of the room, we just wanted to get out ASAP. Im leaving 3 stars because the food was actually good but the atmosphere and wait was not acceptable.

this was me and my boyfriends first time coming here.. we had decided to try something new other then what we were use to .. i always seen the commercials on tv so thought to try it out. our waitress was obviously full handed that night because she took sometime to come back to our table, rather it be for more breadsticks, salad, refills, the bill or change.. all in all we were waiting about 4-5 minutes everytime for her .. it was different i can say that. but all in all the food was pretty good. i got shrimp alfredo and asked to have chicken added in which cost me 3.00 extra.. when it came down to paying the bill when the waitress came to bring me the change she just brought me 10,...and in all honesty her work didnt deserve a 10 so i asked her to get me some change.. i felt like she purposely did that thinking i was going to leave the whole 10 to her when her services werent all that good. my boyfriend didnt too much like the food .. and the fact that we paid 3.50 for a meatball and they couldnt even cut it up and put it on his pasta blows my mind.. more then likely this first time was our last time..

This location is the closest to my work and I have an hour for lunch. I ordered online ahead of time and planned to pick it up quickly. The instructions that I had for my food were not followed and I had to send the food back (allergies.) I was told it would only take five minutes to redo. Half an hour later, the manager came out and explained my second round of this dish was forgotten in the oven, burnt, and had to be redone. For this inconvenience she offered a free desert and took care of my bill. What I was most happy about with this location was the COURTESY. I never once complained about my wait, yet the manager took it upon herself to acknowledge me sitting there and investigated. THAT is why I will be returning. Not for free things, but for courtesy. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is maintaining the professionalism and politeness to be in the customer service industry. Would recommend this location.

First of all, the waitress (Brittany) we got was wonderful and the food was delicious. We went for my birthday one Friday evening and had the best experience we have ever had at a restaurant. She even put a candle in my dessert. It was our first time at this location and we left happy. We were so satisfied with it, we decided to come back the next weekend. Unfortunately, the next weekend, we did not get the same waitress or service and the food was sub parr. The waitress kept forgetting our drinks (I had to remind her twice); We got our appetizers and ordered our food and still didnt get drinks. I ordered the same pasta dish I got the last time and it did not taste like it did the week before; it was just eh. I really want to come back, but I am not sure which kind of service I will get.

I went here last night and ordered risotto bites and some alfredo. Both were not good and I was a bit disappointed. I had come to this location prior to this visit about 5 times and it was excellent before. The alfredo was very bland and the risotto bites tasted like they were just heated up in the microwave. Brother wanted the kids pizza on the kids menu but they were out, so he wanted the chicken fingers with a side of spaghetti but they were out of that too..he ended up getting macaroni with chocolate milk but they forgot to put the milk in the bag. Once we got home and found out, he was very upset. On top of that, he did not like the macaroni either, it was also bland. Their bread sticks are still good though..
