I get the fast food industry really do have been a part of it almost my whole life. I get it night on down time you take that chance to clean up restock get things in order. But as a customer I should be 1st priority. I sat in drive thru for 5min before I was rudly greeted. I couldnt understand the lady. When I asked her to repeat, she seemed to have more of an attitude. Then proceeded to finish order pulled to window greeted with a unhappy face snatched my debt card out of hand. So rude I couldnt believe this. With a small order had to pull in front to wait another 10min for my food. This place is getting unbearable. So once my food was basically thrown at me had to still ask for my large drink which they gave me a med, but at this point I just wanted to leave. When I made it home with what I thought was my food ..yes people I said it...after all that it was the wrong order! Then on top of it food was semi warm shaking my head in disbelief people. I called left comments and making this review . Im so over this Jack in the Box people. I say enough is enough! I have tried and gave many chances but the other night is inexcusable! Better customer service is needed!

My boyfriend went to get me a single sandwich. Its 130am, and nobody wants to be up. However, he goes anyway. Hes talking to me the entire time. The woman at the drive-thru gives him change and then proceeds to start yelling at him. "Dont you be snatchin nothing outta my hand like that!" He says hes sorry, he didnt snatchin anything and she continues to fight. "Yes you did, dont be snatchin stuff from me" and she slams the window. We sat there in silence absolutely shocked. So, she brings the food and has nothing but attitude, and he asked for two ranch things to go with it, as she continues shoving the bag to him despite him asking for ranch, she eventually throws it at him and tells him to get the hell out of her drive thru. So, he asks for a manager. She says no. Repeatedly. Then says shell just call the cops. He said hell wait. So she walked away and came back yelling more, and then demanded he appologize before she would give him the ranch. I will not be returning to this Jack n the Box. That was absolutely rediculous.

Been through the drive through 3 times. For some reason I keep thinking the next time will be different but it hasnt been yet. Each of the three times I ended up missing food that I paid for once I get home and can look through everything. Nobody feels like driving all the way back so we just deal with it but I have lost at least $20.00 in food out of the 3 visits to this place. I dont know how hard it is to look and make sure everyones food is in the bag before giving it to the customer. I dont go inside because I did 1 time with my kids and they were cussing and screaming at each other in the back.

Very disappointed been loving it for years, horrible service, had to pull forward to wait only to have my daughter walk in and find it sitting there, all was cold dried out burgers with nothing on them tacos were worse with no filling and thats asking for extra lettuce !! You have very unfriendly rude staff who doesnt care about your business so sad used to be a favorite fast food of ours not anymore, and word does get around better do some changes

We placed an order at 6:33pm That was "for here". They gave half of our order to a drive-thru customer. We continued to wait. We finally received our food at 6:59pm. We were told that a new employee was training. Our food was in a bag instead of in a tray. This is a repetitive issue with this location. The management needs to step up and fill in of the shift is short-handed.

Staff is hit or miss along with the food. Sometimes they are very friendly other times they are flat out rude. I definitely enjoy the fact they make the food per order, regardless how long it may take. However, when its wrong is when I get aggravated. Read the darn ticket, screen, etc... And make the order correct. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to drop things into a fryer.

Two men in the back cussing like sailors "sh%&" this and f%c#" that with a young child Id say around 4 within earshot, and one man in the back flinging his dreadlocks around without a hair net or anything, preparing food! Most disgusting location Ive been to! And were supposed to support their campaign for 15 dollars an hour? I doubt it!

I was the only one in the drive-thru. I was told to pull up and they will bring my food out, but i refused since nobody was behind me. After 15 minutes of waiting i get my food. When i get home, my burger is just a piece of meat and cheese on a bun. I refuse to go here again until all employees are replaced with self-service kiosks.

Trash af. Every time I go after 9pm they never have any rice ready for the teriyaki bowls. I switch what I want they never have the available items for set up. Orders always wrong. I just end up leaving cause what a waste of time and money. If I had the choice to give no stars it would’ve been my first and honest answer.

The food always almost hot, seems like you have to time it in order to get hot fries. The seem to always get my breakfast order wrong, but the are nice enough to fix it right then and there.

I do not understand why they continuously do not offer cup holders. If I order 5 meals what do I look like carrying 5 drinks not in a cup holder. 5 drinks and two bags that is just stupid.
