I ordered via phone about 40 mins before I was coming to pick up my order of 3 burritos. However, when I arrived at the scheduled time, my order wasnt ready. I thought maybe they were finishing it up but I noticed how at least 8 other patrons who came after me were in and out and I was still waiting. Unfortunately, I dont have a long lunch break. So I asked the cashier about my order and was told by another employee that they were working on my order "behind the scenes". It was fine that my order was being worked on, but 10 minutes had passed since my arrival there, and I had to leave. I was then handed my order 1 minute later after expressing my need to pay and go. I went to pay and the employee said "Dont worry about it, we took care of it"! Im standing there completely shocked because 1.) that was super kind of them, 2.) it was extremely unexpected, and 3.) I didnt mind paying for my order! I hope they heard my say "Thank You" through my look of shock and awe! I really was appreciative and so were my coworkers when I told them what happened. Next time I go there, Im paying it forward. Some person will hopefully experience what I did! THANKS CHIPOTLE FAMILY!!!!! And the FOOD taste like heaven in my mouth...my soul is happy!

Wonderfully friendly staff, delicious food, and a beautiful new building. Speed of service suffers but is understandable with a new team and a new location. Ive visited on a few occasions. There is usually a line of sorts. Almost every time Ive visited theyve been short of one ingredient or another. It was chicken twice, fajitas, steak. I understand this, but I mean every time. The team is really friendly. There has always been a welcoming employee who has engaged me in friendly conversation. I watched a few new customers walk in as I ate and their patience and responsive demeanor was definitely refreshing. Renea, one of the servers, was super accommodating to special requests I made for my meal. Following my peeve with late food, the register one evening (9:30) was terribly slow. I stood behind a gentleman who waited so long to be rang up he simply walked out with his meal. I rang up shortly thereafter but my experience was definitely not affected thanks to Renaes friendly professionalism. I will definitely be back.

As of now, at the end of January 2015 the location shown on the map for this Chipotle is wrong, however it is nearby and does exist. The map currently shows it next to a Panera in a strip mall. It is within close walking distance of that map location, but in its own building between the Kohls (in the same strip mall) and a water drainage pond. It appears to be a newly opened restaurant. The new employee who made my burrito couldnt figure out how to fold the tortilla and tore it. When she emptied the contents of the burrito into a new tortilla she left about a quarter of it in the original tortilla and I was left with probably the smallest Chipotle burrito Ive ever had. I have only given the restaurant three out of five stars because of this, and the relatively slow service on a slow night compared to the speed and efficiency of most Chipotles.

I love Chipotle to an almost obsessive degree and I can easily say that this is the best Chipotle that I have ever been to. The staff is on point and the food they put out is so consistent that it is unreal. I always order the same 3 steak taco meal (because why mess with a good thing) and from the first order that I ever made to my most recent order, everything has been exact. They know just the right ratio of all the ingredients, you couldnt do better if you were serving yourself. The only downside to this retaurant is that its not closer to my house. 12/5 stars.

I come to this location often and my chips are stale every single time, including for todays lunch. In addition, after not being able to hear what the representative behind the counter was asking me (this was at 12:30pm the place was packed and loud), instead of repeating herself or speaking up like someone experienced in basic people skills would, she rolled her eyes and the person next to her had to repeat the question. The next time I want Mexican cuisine for lunch Ill be taking my business to Qdoba.

Its Chipotle! All in all its a painless experience although I will say lately they have been suffering due to equipment (stove) and staffing (lack thereof) issues that are probably beyond the control of the people I interact with in this actual restaurant. All that being said, the staff is very friendly, especially the dancing manager, and the food is normally on point. They are especially busy when they open with all the lunch orders, but all-and-all, its a good location.

Chipotle is usually one of my favorite places to eat but dont bother going after the dinner rush because they run out of food... during my last visit i went at 7pm they were out of steak (my favorite) so i got the chicken and it was cold and burnt I had to pick most of it out of my bowl. They were also out of chips... I was super bummed.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. However, I did not like the music playing and I thought it was too loud. I am not sure if there going through a remodel or not, but the interor walls in the dining room were just plywood. There was no ceiling to the dining room. You can see straight up through the rafters.

I actually think Qdoba is better but the Chipotle menu is dead simple and tastes great. I discovered today that if you order a quesadilla and add other ingredients there will be an up charge of $2 as they consider it a burrito. I can live with that and got it of there with a nice lunch for less than 10 bucks!

Depends on what time you go. If you go during lunch its fast with large portions and great service. Well worth the money. If you go most nights they are slow with small portions and have an attitude. Not worth it what so ever. I wont be going back to this location during the evening/night.

This Chipotle is hands-down the best in St. Louis. Furthermore, Darius makes ever time I go in there more enjoyable; hes quick, friendly and remembers his customers. This Chipotle isnt the closest one to me, but I go there anyway because its worth it.

Great food, and even better service. They even brought my food to me when it was done warning. Also, the design of this one had a bunch of wood which made it look a lot nicer and more homey. It was also really clean, which I definitely appreciated!

Its okay for a quick burrito. I have come the realization that I will not find anything is St. Louis like the burritos I could get growing up in San Francisco. Service is quick and generally friendly at this location.
