Chipolte aficionados beware. This is the stingiest Chipolte Ive ever been to. I work in the area, so Im here on a regular basis. If an employee gives you anything resembling a normal portion, the manager will promptly and unabashedly repremand the employee. You *HAVE* to order double meat to get a full portion size. This is not hyperbole, Ive ordered double meat, guac, and fajita veggies and still been able to see the bottom of the bowl on one end. Thats a $12.61 bowl thats not even full... Ive been to several other area Chipotles and this problem seems to be isolated to this location. Ive had trouble finishing the same order at the Hanley and CWE locations, but with the mall location, Im looking for a snack before the end of the work day.

Had quite possibly the best Chipotle experience possible at this location. I showed up about 3 minutes before the location technically opened for service with about 5 minutes for the fajita veggies to cook, and while I assured them that I was more than happy with waiting, every single employee started hustling to get the three pans assembled so that they could make my meal. All the while apologizing (which was completely unnecessary) and asking me about my morning. The food was perfectly prepared and by the end of it I think I had been talked to by every single working employee. Just a really pleasant level of customer service. Good team that you have there.

worst chipotle yet, i thought creve Coeur was garbage but this place is worst. i barely got a half bowl of food. i inconvenienced the girl by asking for barbacoa which was out, she actually huffed at me. avoid it at all cost. theres numerous places without attitude in the same area

I am gluten free and they went up and beyond to ensure that my food would not have any gluten contamination! Excellent super sweet staff!!!! I hope management sees this and gives them the recognition they deserve! I promise I will be back!!!
