I normally love Chipotle, and still do as an establishment / chain, but this location consistently disappoints me. Tonight was a new low, and I think a deal-breaker for me. My girlfriend and I went at around 8:00 PM, and when we arrived there was one person in line. We were technically in that line for close to 30 minutes. There was one man building the food, one other ringing people out, and 3-4 people in the back (though they immediately disappeared). The only person that seemed to remotely care about us, and the other guests, was the man building the food-- unfortunately he cannot run the whole show and had to keep up with the line that grew behind us. The man ringing people out easily became flustered and clearly didnt want to go outside his wheelhouse which left the other man drowning a bit, and when he called out to his other employees for help, one actually outwardly refused, another simply ignored him, and the other showed up maybe 5 minutes later. Our food had been actually ready and we were standing waiting to be rung out for 10 minutes while the only two people working were trying to make the food for the line of people behind us. Our food was cold before we even left the restaurant, and heating it up later didnt help at all because of the nature of the ingredients involved-- I had to throw most of it away. Absolutely terrible experience, and its been a consistently bad one. Im just going to take the longer trip to the one on Kirkwood road from now on.

Ive drove past this location plenty of times and didnt realize it was there. Finally got to stop in and I was glad I did. The interior is slightly different that the other locations within proximity. I was there during rush hour and got a burrito bowl with chips. I put salt on my food to realize the chips where pretty salty so ill leave everyone with this: Check how salty the chips are before you go and add salt to your food (something so obvious, yet I didnt).

This is a typical fast food burrito place. There are few options of what you can get but all of it is prepared before your eyes. I feel this is a little expensive for what you get but it is certainly enough for a single meal for a really hungry person or two meals for a smaller appetite. Nothing special but it lives up to my expectations. This particular location is clean and the workers were friendly. 4/5 stars

u guys need to get on your workers at the 170 @ Hanley location. It says a lot about a restaurant that doesnt even bother to clean up after the work day is done. The inside was unclean as well but instead of cleaning the place up before it opened all of the employees were just sitting around eating. Poor management Chipotle, very poor.

The employees remember me, and the food is always good! They are friendly, and the tables are clean. We can bring my son with us and there is always a spot to sit. Theyre never way too light on anything and they listen to what you want instead of just throwing it together.

I have eaten here over 50 times, and not once have I had a bad burrito. The employees are always really nice and seem happy to be alive, which I appreciate. Keep it up chipotle! Sometimes the wait/line is rather long, but its never been unbearable.

Ive Been here a few times. Prep work seems to be off from other chipotles. Food seems sub par compared to other chipotles. I would drive to the one in Clayton, which is much better

Very dirty for a Chipotle. Wasnt that busy but trash cans were over flowing, trash all over the floor, and counter was disgusting. I would find a different Chipotle to go to.
