Iam really not impressed wings were dry on inside not crispy on outside. How could the outside not be crispy when they put a tea spoon of sauce on them could barely see it was sauce on them then I had three different wings and they put them in same container so all the flavors meshing together couldnt tell one from the other if I get three flavors I would like to taste them separately I ordered a 18 peice & only got 14 called back management was cool said they would credit my card back for wings I didnt get plus a few more bucks thats the only reason they get 2stars also I order on line for a 6:20 pick up wings werent ready instill 6:35 I think Ill stick to lothsons when I wants some chicken just tried them because lothsons was closed a total waste of money

I love the spicy garlic sauce, so I pretty much go there for that. I could drink the stuff, its so good. However, the service at this location is very spotty. It has made my temporary vendetta list several times for terrible service (temporary because of aforementioned sauce), but I have also had very good service occasionally. Overall, I would say 1/5 times the service is very good, 2/5 times it is adequate, and 2/5 times it is terrible- like no-tip terrible. Im not into sports so the atmosphere can get pretty annoying, but Ive gotten around that by avoiding it when there are any big games on. Plus, it has trivia! I love trivia and I think its the only place in the area that has it.

Tonight our waitress was the most non-personalable person ever! She seemed annoyed and angry to even be there. She never smiled, gave half a** service and never cleaned off our table. The food was probably the driest Ive ever had and usually get the same thing every time. To top it, off the waitress dropped check and about about 10 mins. later with no money or card out & she had the nerve to ask if we were all set...really cause I still had an almost full beer!? Definitely see a huge decline in this place...very disappointing, especially for the prices they charge!!

I went to this store for the .45 cent wings. I had a 12 piece and fries. I come home feeling fine. The next day, I wake up throwing up and having the worse stomach pains of my life. Come to find out, the chicken that I had was uncooked and still bloody in the middle. I went to the doctor the next day to see if it could be salmanila poisoning. Come to find out it was. I am never going to back to this store. Horrible service and all together terrible.

What????!!! I cant hear you! I wish I could have heard my wife that night. I believe she was trying to tell me that she got food poisoning from this place. Bars need to figure out that the louder you turn up music, the louder your guests need to speak to the person at their same table. The noise becomes so deafening your tastebuds cant communicate with the brain . Perhaps that is their tactics.

Very difficult to find...put a sign on the main street. The location is behind Panda Express, in a strip mall area. If you can find it, it is a very fun, college atmosphere! Typical of all BWWs and this site does it like all the rest...right! My bartender Zach did a great job serving me and calming me down, as I had searched pretty hard for quite a length of time. It is a hidden gem though!

Its usually loud and busy, but they have great food, and great service. Sometimes it can take a little while to get them out to switch to your sportsball game, so make sure you get there early if youre watching something they wouldnt have on (like soccer) On a side note, some of their sauces are really really salty. Ask for a taste of their sauces and theyll usually accommodate you.

Wait staff was very accommodating for my food allergies. Did not get to eat, as a lady and her boyfriend crashed through the building sending 3 people to the hospital and injuring many others. They need better training for emergencies and how to get people out faster. I was the 1st one out, and it took over 10 mins to get the staff and customers out.

I got great customer service from the store manager when a server accidentally spilled something on my suit jacket. The manager was very kind, took care of the dry cleaning bill, and gave me some coupons. I almost never go to this restaurant, but after that good experience Ill be happy to go back.

I ordered the Jerk Chicken Sandwich and it was not edible because the chicken was burnt, the bun was hard and the chicken had a rotten smell to it. Overall, this place is awful and served smaller portions of food than other buffalo wild wings.

Keep saying im going to do it. Even if I like the wings, I will no longer spend money at a business that does not allow law abiding, citizens to carry concealed. Its a matter of principal, I hope the broad base of ccers follow suit

The food was average and I believe one of the sauces was bad because two people in my party became ill after retuning home. The service was good. We will not be going back for awhile due to the fact 2 people got sick afterwards.

I placed an online to go order when I got home I opened up my box to see that I didnt receive the fries with my shrimp po boy sandwich when I paid for them. Seeing as how the restaurant wasnt busy Im disappointed

I had been going to this place on and off over two year, Its usually crowded place but the servers still handed the place. The food usually takes 15-30 minutes to come but wont complain since it was crowded.

Its a love hate thing with this place. The food isnt bad, however it almost always takes 45 minutes to get wings out, it just doesnt seem that difficult to deep fry something and throw sauce on it.

The waitresses are super sweet and the traditional dry rubs are my favorite. Also, if your in the mood for some mouth numbing spices, try the atomic. And go on a Tuesday, its half off.

Favorite place to eat on the weekends. Im a big sports guy so there is no better plsce in town. The TV games and handhelds occupy the kids. Minus one star for price.

If you want their best, go on a night when college is not in session. Always jammed. If you want to go, try a Sunday or Monday night when no one wants to be out
