Caution! The selection of bagels, shmears, drinks and sandwiches is great. And when theyre made right, theyre fantastic. But Ive been here dozens of times since this location has opened and they rarely get an order correct. If you get something to go or at the drive thru, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE or youre likely to be sorry. They omit items completely (especially the specialty bagels and baked goods), give you the wrong thing (sandwiches and drinks), or mess up the details (shmear on the sandwich when it was requested on the side, wrong type of bagel, wrong toppings, etc.). On weekend mornings theyre crowded and service is slow, so be prepared. Ive given them the benefit of the doubt for a while, but todays messed up order is going to be the last one for me. Give them a try, and if you have a better experience than I have consider yourself lucky!

Im giving them a three based on quality. Both of the brands hold very high standards for their product. However, its ridiculously slow. I stood next in line for over 5 minutes while the only cashier talked to another emplyee. Going in is still your best bet. If there are two cars ahead of you, it usually takes 10-15 minutes to get through the line. I like this place, and the staff is usually friendly. But it can be frustrating.

I want to give a shout out to Renee who helped me at Caribou today. She is training to be a manager of the Menomonie store she said. Super friendly and has amazing people skills. Made my day! I wanted to write a review because she wasnt able to take a tip since she was training to be a manager. So I figured this way she can be recognized in some way still! Good luck to you at the Menomonie store, you will do wonderful.

Good experience overall but I think the new format for Coffee and Bagels can get confusing for people. I had pretty quick service and found a nice place to sit. With it being a smaller building, there is not a ton of room for larger groups. Also, two doors without a breezeway make it cold in the winter. Coffee was good and the barista was accommodating to not making my latte overly sweet.

All the other Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros have the same quality, but this one is always off. The cinnamon sugar bagels have a barely any cinnamon sugar on them and always taste like onion. Haha! Not sure why I keep trying, but its usually just because Im in the area and its convenient. Lesson learned! Keep rocking out...just get the quality more consistent. Love me some Caribou!

When you go in at 9:40 am on a Friday and find that there are only about 6 different kinds of bagels to choose from, it is VERY disappointing. If youre known for your bagels, you would think that you would have more variety available, especially in the morning hours. Seeing at least 8 empty bins where bagels should be is ridiculous.

Service was a mess. The manager on staff was almost no where to be seen and when she came to the register she was playing on her phone! Kenize did an awesome job at working the line, too bad her supervisor was not supportive. It took us almost 15 mins to get a bagel, will not go back here again

Waited 40 min to get 2 iced coffees and a sandwich. I didnt even get my sandwich that I payed for. Should NOT take that long. This happened when it first opened and I just thought it was because of new staff...how many months later and this is still happening?!?!!!?

Customer service here is awesome. Their staff is very polite and willing to make things right. I think its a newer location and the staff is still learning the menu. I had my drink remade and my husbands London fog tea was fruity. So, still working out the quirks.

Way better than Brueggers Bagels. The Asiago bagel is probably in the top three bagels I have ate in my lifetime. Cream Cheese sold here is also scrumptious and delightful. The coffee is the usual that you can get at any other Caribou, but thats not a bad thing.

I love these guys, they know me and my dog [watson] by name and they always get the coffee right, and watson gets a puppy bagel. Hands down my favorite caribou drive through, inside is kind of small. People ordering bagels can bog down the drive thru.
