One of the worst Caribou Coffee I have ever encountered. Too bad I cannot give 0 star rating. Dropped my girlfriend off at caribou to study for her exam while I had a meeting at the healthcare clinic. I dropped her off promptly at 5pm and we knew that it was closed at 8pm. At 7pm I got a phone call from my girlfriend saying that the place has close already because she was the only customer there. The manager or whoever worked that night threatened to call the cops on my girlfriend if she did not leave the caribou and threatened to charge her with trespassing. They kicked her out of the property and left at 7:30! Reminder it was raining ridiculously hard outside and it said that the place CLOSED AT 8PM. Will never return and will make a complaint to the district manager.

I ordered an iced tea and a croissant and asked the cashier to heat up my croissant and she seemed less then pleasant to do this for me. Also, every caribou I have gone to hands you your drink at the pick up end and my friend was still at the register and the cashier brought my stuff to the register and asked where I went, my friend let her know I was sitting down and the lady responded "well idk why she is sitting down when her stuff is up here?"(1... Bc i have a bad back and 2... Was waiting by the pick up end) with an attitude. Only thing that made this visit good was the barista who was polite and happy to remake my tea to iced instead of the hot that I was given. Rude customer service at the register but friendly at the other end

Out of all the caribou places I have gotten drinks at, this is by far the worst! The workers are slow and not always the friendliest. Often the coffee order is not as you order it. Turn over seems to be high at this place probably leading the service to be not very good! Choose the one up on radio drive and Hudson road, it has a drive thru and service has been great!

Never, ever buy the breakfast sadwiches at any of the Caribou locations- they are the lowest quality food my family and I have ever consumed. They charge a fortune for them. Youll be happier with the Starbucks breakfast sandwiches!!

This is the slowest Caribou around the area. It always seems to be understaffed at different times of the day. Staff is stressed at high volume and wear it on their faces. Will not return to this location.

I would have to guess that the unnamed individual who dislikes the breakfast sandwiches is a Starbucks employee. I travel a lot, and I feel I have to settle when I have to go to Starbucks. Caribou rocks.
